I presented my book in Villagrande Strisaili, guest of the Entula literary festival (organised by the Liberos association) and after the presentation we came here for dinner.
Very spacious and well-kept environment, friendly and professional staff.
The outdoor space is also designed to welcome dogs.
The food was excellent, I tried the fried ravioli with cuttlefish and pea cream: a delight!

From 10 to 16 August 2024 we had dinner twice...always served by the fantastic Manuela and the very helpful Roberto. The dishes and desserts are better than each other... the location is very modern and at the same time effective... it's a shame about the atrocious heat these days otherwise we would have enjoyed the outside better too. Booking in advance is convenient so as not to have to wait too long, even if Roberto will always find a solution for you, and then let yourself be guided by Manuela!

The staff is very rude if you are not speaking italian, all tables with italian people will have water chillers, they pour water into glasses and have small talks. On the other hand they leave the bootle on the table and thats it.
Carbonara all a Skipper is actually scrambled eggs with pasta, no pecorino taste, no guanciale grease taste, no lemon zest taste (that suppose to be their touch).
Tagliatelle con gamberi and asparagus.
Oily, no taste.
Culurgione - ok
Gamberi with sword fish - awesome after we add dalt paper and lemon (almost a basic touch)
The octopus was also good

Spectacular dinner, both in terms of hospitality and food: we were welcomed very warmly and the various options for gluten-free dishes were shown to us. Regardless, the dishes are very good and prepared with care, with excellent raw materials. The octopus and octopus as a starter are amazing. Dinner concluded with the best lemon sorbet ever eaten. I will definitely go back. Correct price for the quality of the food and the attention and availability shown by the staff.

Siamo stati attratti dallo Chef statuario all'ingresso del locale. Devo ammettere che è stata una scelta azzeccata. Ottima accoglienza, personale molto gentile e disponibile ad esaudire alcune richieste dei bambini, si sono subito preoccupati per predisporre due seggiolini comodi per i nostri figli. Bel menù rispettoso delle tradizioni locale con un tocco di innovazione. Una pagina del menù dedicata ai bambini. Ci hanno raccontato la storia dei culurgiones e del filu e ferru, per noi la prima volta (deliziosi i culurgiones nella versione ai tre sapori del mediterraneo). Per concludere abbiamo optato per due seadas una tradizionale e l'altra al carbone con caprino e mousse ai frutti di Bosco, e due macedonie con il loro gelato artigianale, nella macedonia abbiamo contato 12 tipologie di frutta differenti, ottima e spettacolare anche da vedere. Insomma cena super, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Abbiamo cenato in serata menu e abbiamo anche partecipato alla serata aperitivo a buffet del venerdì sera! In entrambe le serate ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, qualità del cibo ottima, personale super operativo, simpatici ed accoglienti, soprattutto Tatiana all’ingresso del locale, sempre molto ben vestita e disponibile a trovarti un tavolo!andateci ne vale la pena!
