We discovered Lo Sgabello Ristorante during a trip to Scanno and immediately fell in love! The first thing that strikes you is the kindness and hospitality of the staff: waiters are always smiling, helpful, and ready to passionately recommend the daily specials, making us feel right at home. The menu is a riot of local flavors: delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, that showcase Abruzzo's traditions with a touch of originality. The portions? Truly generous! Forget about minimal dishes: here, you eat with gusto and satisfaction. Another great plus: dogs are welcome on the terrace, where you can dine while enjoying the splendid view of the mountains. An unusual touch that we greatly appreciated. And the icing on the cake: the quality-price ratio is excellent. You leave with a full belly, a light heart, and a healthy wallet. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic, warm, and mouth-watering place! We'll definitely be back. 🐾🍝❤️

Enjoyable lunch on the veranda with a view. Tasty dishes and just the right amount. Unfortunately, the water is reconditioned, which I absolutely don't like and which prevents me from adding an extra star. Friendly and attentive staff. Good prices.

A good local trattoria where you can enjoy some local dishes. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The only problem is being careful where you park. The local sheriffs are always quick to issue parking tickets (especially to bikers) even when they shouldn't. Nonetheless, the lake and the Promenade du Cœur are definitely worth a visit.

Very delicious local food with sophisticated flavors and good portions. The staff was more than welcoming and deserves all the stars ⭐️ (as well as the chef) would come back with pleasure and recommend to anyone heading this way… it’s worth a special trip :) we had the chitarre scannese and ravioli con zafferano but the pistacchio mouse was to die for!

Both the service and the food were excellent. Beautiful terrace with a mountain view and fair prices. The chitarra alla scannese was exceptional!

Excellent food and good table service, the terrace is panoramic and in the shade, in the parking lot below you can recharge your electric car.

We had dinner this evening and I must say it was a great experience. Everything was delicious: from the house appetizer, to the first course — chitarra alla scannese — to the slice of beef. The tiramisu was also very good. But what struck me most was the kindness and speed of the waiters, always attentive and thoughtful, never missing anything. Compliments.

Good location near the historic center, excellent food, very kind and courteous staff. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it
