Good evening, I wanted to congratulate all the staff for the delicious dinner delivered to your home on December 31st. My daughter together with her friends decided to order dinner. I was perplexed by the frying as it was prepared in advance and needed to be reheated, but it was truly super. Everything delivered on time and with instructions for each dish. I've been going there for a few years, I've always tried every new dish on offer, this evening for a change I wanted to eat tagliolini with cuttlefish ink, roasted octopus on aubergine and burrata cream, seared tuna on a bed of pumpkin, decomposed millefeuille with custard and fresh fruit, log and crumbled with dark chocolate.....they are always well made and tasty....I go back and back....highly recommended

Da dove iniziare.. Vincenzo il titolare ed il suo staff, professionali, gentili e cortesi.. Materia prima freschissima ed ottima, trasformata in pietanze gustosissime.. Pesce freschissimo.. Originalità nell'accostare i sapori.. Soddisfa la clientela di tutte le età.. Stasera abbiamo ordinato ravioli con ripieno di brasato su crema di zucca, gustosissimi, polpo con zucchine alla scapece, ottimo, tartare di tonno freschissimo e fatto ad hoc, seppie aglio olio e peperoncino con fagioli, ottimi, spaghetti al nero di seppia eccezionali, tonno scottato in granella di pistacchio su crema di zucca, ottimo, la frittura semplicemente spettacolare.. Il baccalà fritto strepitoso Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliatissimo, se andate ad Anguillara non potete non andarci..

A small place, but very welcoming and bright. It also includes a small outdoor veranda overlooking the lake. The service is fast, but elegant. First choice ingredients and new combinations come together in tasty and pleasing to the eye dishes. The fried fish is crispy and not greasy. Ottima cucina, prodotti di eccellente qualità, atmosfera molto piacevole e personale gentilissimo e simpatico. Quando tornerò a Anguillara sicuramente farò tappa ancora qui. Consiglio vivamente.
