Nice location, decent farinata, pizza not quite what I expected

The pizza was very good, and the dessert was delicious. The prices are reasonable for a downtown pizzeria. Highly recommended!

I have to believe I had the wrong night because the other customers' reviews aren't bad, in fact, but I can only judge based on my own experience, which was as follows: at a table of ten people with varying tastes, ages, and dietary backgrounds, no one appreciated the pizza, which everyone considered undercooked and hard to digest. The menu also includes pan pizza. When some of us ordered it, it turned out that it was only the size of a traditional pan pizza, not the dough or the cooking method. This, however, could have been expected given the type of brick pizza with which the restaurant is most closely associated, with its high crust, a typically Neapolitan tradition. This obviously doesn't go well with the pan dough and cooking method. This last analysis, since I'm not a pizza chef, may elicit completely different opinions from those who understand me more technically. What I don't think I'm wrong about, however, is that the price of a pan pizza is, on average, significantly lower than the brick pizza. Paying €10-11 for a pan pizza with perfectly standard toppings (vegetables, mushrooms, ham, etc.) would have been excessive even if the product had been appreciated, which it wasn't. I'd add that the price of all the pizzas is a bit above average, and while the quality of the toppings didn't strike me as mediocre, having almost all the pizzas on the menu, both pan pizzas and brick pizzas, costing over €10 should be another factor to consider. The restaurant is welcoming and the service staff are adequate. No, it won't be a bad review, but it will definitely be postponed to a later date.

We had a wonderful evening at this pizzeria! The staff were friendly, the terrace was lovely, and above all, the pizzas were delicious! Truly excellent! We'll be back with pleasure! Siamo andati con amici in questa pizzeria. L’abbiamo scoperta su Instagram. pizza buonissima, staff educatissimo e super disponibile. abbiamo preso 4 pizze, una più buona dell’altra, anche i dolci erano buonissimi. Conto onestissimo, sopratutto per una pizzeria in centro a Torino. cosa da non sottovalutare, nonostante fosse sabato sera, con il locale pieno, il bagno pulitissimo. Consigliatissimo!
