We chose Lo Scudiero as the location for our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice. We got married on 06/08/2024 and opted for a dinner in the fantastic and evocative garden of Palazzo Baldassini. After giving the OK for the wedding date, we remained in contact with the Wedding Planner (Claudia) made available by the location, who followed us in the various steps of organizing the event, helping and supporting us in the various choices linked to the location; Furthermore, it was also available to agree with other suppliers (DJ, photographer, lighting, photobooth) and friends, outlining a precise time-line that would allow the event to run smoothly. Buffet beyond expectations, rich and tasty, garnering various compliments from the vast majority of our guests. The vegetarian proposal was excellent, which was studied and structured ad hoc, and was not limited to removing parts of meat/fish from the dishes chosen by the spouses; in this sense outlining great attention to detail. In line with this they were also attentive and scrupulous regarding the various allergies and intolerances. The dinner courses were prepared and the food was simply AMAZING! A professional staff prepared to manage the various eventualities and unexpected events that may occur during the event, thanks in particular to the attentive eye of Dunia and Valentina. The only small flaw is the open bar, in our opinion poorly stocked but with the possibility of choosing between other cocktail proposals. In summary, Lo Scudiero proved itself beyond our expectations, giving us a memorable wedding, in which we felt pampered throughout the entire event. Well done and thanks again!!!! Stefano & Martina

I went to this place for lunch yesterday, wonderful location, staff I have never seen so friendly and attentive to customer needs, excellent quality food presented with flair and imagination. Certainly if I return to Pesaro I will stay here again.

Let me start by saying that overall I can express a positive opinion on our experience. However, for a restaurant that aspires to prestigious recognition due to the type of service and attention to detail, I believe it is necessary to review some small details that can make the difference. We detected a critical issue in the presentation of the gastronomic itineraries offered, in fact we were forced to ask which dishes were included (and then discarded them due to intolerances or allergies) rather than being spontaneously presented. Overall, however, "we managed" by extrapolating from the à la carte menu what we liked most. I also have to complain about a single dessert option for those who were lactose intolerant (I would like to point out that many non-famous chefs now prepare all desserts without lactose as a rule...). Finally, the inconceivable slip (after so much attention to other details) of the Sicilian cannoli and the "soaked" Sfogliatella as found in bars that adopt the re-proposal of not consumed on the same day. The last bite left (in every sense) a bad taste in our mouths…. I imagine that for a Sicilian-oriented chef, cannoli is a "sacred" food that must be prepared at the moment and not left to sponge in the fridge. However, apart from these encouraging criticisms, I reiterate that the experience was positive and I hope that these observations can be useful to improve further.

Ristorante ben curato e si respira un'aria piacevole in tutti i suoi particolari. Vale la pena sedersi solo per l'ambientazione che risalta e mantiene particolari dell'epoca storica di costruzione. Si mangia molto bene ed il menù è ricco sei portate. Scelta dei vini ampia e per tutti i gusti. Servizio eccellente e ottima preparazione da parte dello chef e del suo staff. Occorre prenotare. Se siete a Pesaro vale la pena pranzare o cenare in questo locale.

An excellent restaurant in a beautiful location. I had dinner with excellent appetizers, an exquisite lemon and basil risotto with scampi and as a second course a breaded turbot with a side of onions and potatoes. Truly delicious desserts! Very kind staff!

We ate in this restaurant and had a very good culinary experience with very good dishes. The service has many flaws which in my opinion should be reviewed! Very nice location with underground cellar
