Ristorante Lo Scudiero was a truly beautiful restaurant and dining experience, the food was absolutely amazing along with the wine, a visit to the wine cellar was a truly amazing experience.

I'll make a premise straight away, I'm not a fan of refined foods, but in this restaurant I ate really excellent products cooked in an exquisite way, which said like that is also an understatement. As soon as we entered the calm inside, even in the presence of other people, took us into a dimension of serenity, the kindness of the staff is truly commendable and for each course the origin of the products used was explained to us. In practice we were pampered by the dining room staff in a very well looked after environment with a profound historical sense. Contrary to my tastes, everything here was "wow" and I will gladly return as soon as there is an opportunity. Good job to all the Squire

As soon as my wife and I saw the garden of Villa Baldassini and the room of the Lo Scudiero restaurant, we fell in love with it and did not consider any other location. From the first contacts, we could see that we were dealing with true professionals, and we weren't wrong. Chef Daniele Patti and his staff organized a perfect wedding, and everything went as we had imagined, indeed, perhaps even better. From the view of the garden of Villa Baldassini, to the artfully organized buffet, to the elegance of the Lo Scudiero restaurant, everything was perfect. A note of merit for the cuisine: from the buffet to the dishes served, everything was delicious, plentiful, of high quality, and served impeccably. But the greatest satisfaction was receiving a large amount of spontaneous compliments from the guests. Thanks for everything!

SUPERLATIVE CULINARY EXPERIENCE!!! I was looking for a different place to celebrate my wedding anniversary and what can I say... I couldn't have found anything better. Spectacular location, guys in the room exceptional in everything. We chose the "come to Sicily with me" tasting route and we can say that we truly had a journey of Sicilian flavors mixed with the chef's magical touch... incredible. We absolutely recommend this route and obviously try this place for those who don't know it. We will certainly return with great pleasure. See you next time 😉

Excellent dinner, unfortunately I don't like too formal places. Friendly staff but too set up, a shame because they are young. Exceptional value for money. We didn't expect that wine would also be included in the tasting menu. Creative and tasty dishes, I definitely recommend it and will go back.

Abbiamo scelto Lo Scudiero come location per il nostro matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Ci siamo sposati l’08/06/2024 ed abbiamo optato per una cena nel fantastico e suggestivo giardino del palazzo Baldassini. Dopo aver dato l’ok per la data di matrimonio, siamo rimasti in contatto con la Weddin Planner (Claudia) messa a disposizione dalla location, la quale ci ha seguiti nei vari step dell’organizzazione dell’evento, aiutandoci e sostenendoci nelle varie scelte legate alla location; inoltre è stata disponibile anche ad accordarsi con gli altri fornitori (dj, fotografo, illuminazione, photobooth) ed amici, delineando una precisa time-Line che permettesse la buona scorrevolezza dell’evento. Buffet oltre le aspettative, ricco e gustoso, raccogliendo svariati complimenti dalla stragrande maggioranza dei nostri invitati. Ottima la proposta vegetariana, la quale è risultata studiata e strutturata ad hoc, e non un limitarsi a togliere parti di carne/pesce dai piatti scelti dagli sposi; delineando in questo senso una grande attenzione ai dettagli. In linea con ciò sono stati anche attenti e scrupolosi per ciò che riguardava le varie allergie ed intolleranze. Le portate della cena erano curate ed il cibo semplicemente STREPITOSO! Uno staff professionale e preparato a gestire le varie evenienze ed imprevisti che possono capitare nel corso dell’evento, grazie in particolare all’occhio attento di Dunia e Valentina. Unica piccola sbavatura, l’openbar, a nostro parere poco fornito ma con possibilità di scelta tra altre proposte di cocktail. In sisntesi Lo Scudiero si è mostrato oltre le nostre aspettative, regalandoci un matrimonio memorabile, in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutto l’evento. Bravi e Grazie ancora!!!!
