Ristorante veramente notevole, piatti ricercati e fantasiosi, da provare loro proposte di cucina originale ed innovativa. Ottime le mazzancolle con puntarelle, il colombaccio però non mi ha convinto. Ottima cantina.

Ristorante Lo Scudiero was a truly beautiful restaurant and dining experience, the food was absolutely amazing along with the wine, a visit to the wine cellar was a truly amazing experience.

I'll make a premise straight away, I'm not a fan of refined foods, but in this restaurant I ate really excellent products cooked in an exquisite way, which said like that is also an understatement. As soon as we entered the calm inside, even in the presence of other people, took us into a dimension of serenity, the kindness of the staff is truly commendable and for each course the origin of the products used was explained to us. In practice we were pampered by the dining room staff in a very well looked after environment with a profound historical sense. Contrary to my tastes, everything here was "wow" and I will gladly return as soon as there is an opportunity. Good job to all the Squire
