Lo Scorfano Allegro In

This evening I had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant worth discovering. As soon as I stepped inside, I was struck by the modernity of the establishment, simple yet enriched with original and meticulously crafted details. The atmosphere is enchanting, thanks to the soft lighting and elegant, refined clientele. I had the opportunity to savor a take on anglerfish and a Catalan version, both of which surprised me with their freshness and creativity. The tagliolini with sea urchins and bottarga are a reinterpretation of the classic, but with well-defined and harmoniously intertwined flavors that captivate the palate. The pasta, strictly homemade, made the culinary experience even more authentic. And what about the cake? A simple fruit tart that, despite its apparent simplicity, proved to be extraordinarily balanced and of excellent quality. A heartfelt applause goes to all the staff and owners, who run the restaurant with evident passion and dedication. It's a place where every detail is designed to offer a memorable experience. I highly recommend trying it!

My wife and I spent an incredible dinner, tasting few of their dishes. The must try is Fregola with fresh mushrooms and shrimps. The atmosphere was lovely and unique. I highly recommend this place!

Magnificent setting, perfect welcome, top-notch cuisine but really too little on the plate given the prices!! It's quite expensive!!

A charming location that combines informality with highly professional service. The staff is efficient and helpful despite the always busy atmosphere. The food is excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts, which I highly recommend. The price is in line with the quality offered.

Forse la prima volta lo sceglierai per la fantastica location. .ma, sta sicuro, tornarai per la qualità dei piatti e per il servizio. Tra gli antipasti consiglio vivamente la rana pescatrice. Tra i primi, a par merito, fregola e risotto ai gamberi. Sempre all'altezza Adele aspettative. Bravi, bravi!
