It was a truly enjoyable and amazing evening! Scopettaro is a first-rate Roman culinary experience. the years-long history of the place and the way in which the tavern was born is all to be listened to and imagined. Good pasta and Roman appetizers as well

We tried a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, a tonnarello with artichokes, guanciale, pecorino and pepper. Then the second course was coda alla vaccinara and pollo alla cacciatora, and for dessert tiramisu. I liked all the dishes, they were exquisite. Balanced flavors and the tiramisu that I am usually not convinced by, I found it very light. Perhaps only the carbonara could have been a little creamier. The service was excellent, the waiter who served us was friendly, easy-going and pleasant. I will definitely go back. The environment is rustic but I had a good time.

Classic Roman cuisine, where they make you feel at home. Genuine service, as well as the dishes you find on the menu. Tonnarello guanciale pecorino e carciofi truly excellent.

Typical Roman trattoria, Testaccio area. The trattoria is quite large and furnished in a very simple way and is frequented mostly by locals. Very tasty dishes. We ate for two: appetizers, first courses and side dishes, dessert, coffee and amaro. For a cost of 61 euros. The pasta alla gricia was very good.

Storica Trattoria di Roma. Ero già stato in una scorsa vacanza e ci sono tornato. Cucina Classica Romana, non ti puoi sbagliare, qualsiasi piatto prendi. È tutto fatto bene.

Ottima esperienza. Primi strepitosi. Tagliolini carciofi, guanciale e pecorino fantastici. Abbacchio super. Locale carino. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Da tornarci.

10/04/2025: A very cozy atmosphere with a touch of sophistication when it comes to drinks. They have a delicious murrito and the best burrito I've ever had!!! Romantic for couples and great for friends, I don't need to say anything else... The place is really good!
07/02/2025: First time at Divan Japonais at Max's! Well what can I say, I was really satisfied with this place with its welcoming and slightly retro atmosphere. As soon as we sat down we were greeted with some delicious olives flavored with spices, if I'm not mistaken some chips and a glass of aniseed water, I must say very simple but not at all obvious, very refreshing. The quantity of alcohol available, and their quality amazed me a lot. The menu offers a lot of choice, and the cocktails are really good, with a refined flavour. Personally I think it's brilliant to accompany the cocktail with a cruet that allows you to refill the glass. Highly recommended for those who love drinking quality cocktails at fair prices!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!!!

16/05/2025: The place is well managed, the friendliness and helpfulness is the end of a list of elements necessary to return, excellent food for all palates, generous portions and elegant competitive prices.. and for those who love music on Thursday (the day I happened to be there) karaoke.. Nice system.. and well done ... recommended.
08/04/2025: Delicious meal, friendly staff, and great prices! I had the carbonara and it was absolutely amazing: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! I returned another night and had the carbonara tartufata and it was probably one of the best pastas I had in my life! Do yourself a favour and try that dish!
