What can I say... wonderful place and very kind staff... oh the amazing Carbonara which I have a photo of, I wasn't able to document the cacio e pepe 🤣🤣🤣. Also about the wine, nothing to say except SUPER RECOMMENDED

Overall, a great dinner! We had: Very nice tripe coccio Very good beans in coccio Good artichokes Roman style with a touch of mint Outstanding carbonara Gricia also very good Tonnarelli with artichokes and bacon good but tough Saltimbocca good Tiramisu good but not special Fig tart very good We were served by a very young waiter, maybe he was having a bad day because he barely spoke and almost threw the plates, but it can happen to anyone and it didn't ruin the evening! Another waiter we met at the end jokingly gave us some sweets showing us the real Roman way of doing things: friendly and welcoming! The room where we were was a bit small (bottom right) and with a view of the bathroom, but the plates made these things slip into the background! Prices are fair and not exorbitant! I recommend it 100% even if some things could be improved!!

Rare professionalism and excellent cuisine. A few nights ago, in a moment of confusion, I was convinced that I had given more cash than I had actually given. The waiter, with absolute correctness, defended the restaurant's position. But it was the owner's intervention that struck me: without taking sides, with great balance and experience, he preferred not to accept any "additional" sum, inviting me not to worry. I should point out that, although I was still in doubt, the amount due was paid anyway. Only in hindsight did I realize my mistake. A gesture that denotes not only professionalism, but also humanity and long experience in the profession. So here I am, acknowledging the misunderstanding and thanking for the treatment received. We will return for the excellent cuisine, honesty and care that were reserved for us.

Real Roman food! It was my second time and I will be back!

A restaurant located in the Testaccio neighborhood, a less touristy area known for its authentic Roman cuisine. The restaurant was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a traditional atmosphere. The service was good, although somewhat distant. It felt more like a place frequented by locals, and since we don't speak Italian, we noticed the waiter was a bit overwhelmed, but we were served well and without any problems. There were five of us, and overall, we enjoyed the meal. I ordered the tonnarelli alla gricia, and I really liked it: al dente pasta, good pecorino cheese, and the savory touch of guanciale. An interesting option for those who want to try typical Roman dishes in an authentic setting without too many tourists.

If I could give this restaurant a higher rating, I would. From the service to the food, the entire experience was lovely. This is the ideal Roman restaurant to wind down a day with a hearty meal and a delicious dessert. Do not hesitate to visit!

Typical Roman cuisine trattoria that still maintains a high level of tradition. One of the best in the area, if not the best. Reservations recommended but at certain times you can find a seat. In addition to the delicious classic first courses, I recommend saltimbocca, meatballs and lamb. When available, try the vignarola. Very good. Inside, the spaces are a little narrow. Fast and courteous staff.

Abbiamo cenato in questa osteria che offre piatti tipici romani. Di primo abbiamo preso carbonara, amatriciana, carciofi e guanciale e al sugo di coda, tutte buone ma con pasta oltre cottura. Di secondo pajata, abbacchio alla cacciatora, trippa e coratella, questi tutti buoni di maggior livello rispetto alla pasta. Vignarola buona, carciofo alla romana bocciato invece, senza sapore.
