A true Roman trattoria in Testaccio. The Roman-style tripe, artichokes, and carbonara are excellent. Nice selection of appetizers. The house wine is honest. Good value, and the friendly yet professional service is noteworthy. I recommend it to anyone who wants to combine Rome with authentic food tourism based on local specialties. It's also easily accessible by public transportation (bus stop nearby).

Located near Trastevere, the restaurant offers hearty and delicious food. The waiter who served us was friendly, kind, and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant.

It was recommended to us by a taxi driver who was taking us to the Trastevere area; she had been there a few days earlier. A place run by Romans, frequented by Romans—all young, kind, and friendly. A trattoria-style place, welcoming and unpretentious. Service was very fast. We were the first to come in for lunch, but it quickly filled up, and even then, the right attention was paid to all the customers. A traditional Roman menu: we had the very well-prepared Roman-style artichoke, the bruschetta with beans and pecorino cheese, a unique combination, the creamy rigatoni carbonara with crispy bacon, the amatriciana was good, but I expected it to be a little more flavorful, and the oxtail stew was very tender. However, like the amatriciana, I would have preferred the tomato sauce to be drier and therefore more flavorful. Pair it with a good house white. The price, €80.00, is average and a good value. I recommend it.

Probably the best tonnarelli alla gricia in Rome! Also worth trying is the tomato bruschetta, although I would have preferred the tomatoes not to be completely cold from the fridge like they served to me. A rustic place for those who love Roman tradition. The chicory is also good.

Typical Roman atmosphere, food too. Excellent carbonara, as well as the artichoke. The parmigiana is also very good, even if it's not Roman. 😉 Delivered
