Excellent establishment and catering

I had lunch at Scoglio di Maccarese with my daughter on Ferragosto (August 15th) and it was truly a wonderful discovery. We spent the first part of the day on their beach and then moved on to the restaurant. Despite the holiday and the large crowds, everything ran smoothly. Organized service, friendly staff, and excellent fresh seafood. A flawless day, we'll definitely be back!

Top restaurant 👍 perfectly managed. The guys, each one kinder and more helpful than the last... Excellent quality, filling portions... Rachele, the girl who runs it, is special. My favorite restaurant on the Lazio coast.

We went to Lo Scoglio for lunch. The place is really cute, and the staff are all helpful and kind. They let us choose where to eat since it wasn't full yet, offering us the best table. We started with a delicious raw ham (€30); the only flaw was a bit of ice to eat it cold given the very high temperatures. For the main course, a seafood-style pasta dish (€17), which was really good and flavorful, and grilled shrimp (€30 for 0.25kg; the shrimp were delicious, super flavorful, and cooked really well). We continued with a fried fish dish (€20), which was just right and crispy. And we finished with a delicious peach and chocolate tartlet. A truly enjoyable lunch, and everything tasted of high quality. We'll definitely be back. Compliments for the attention to detail, the care taken with the table, the plates, the cutlery, and the kindness of the staff, which is never a given. It's not a cheap place, but it's not excessively expensive either; it's a place to eat well and pay a fair price.

Very nice place where you can also eat on the beach by booking, very kind staff, very good food.

A very welcoming beach resort and, above all, not overcrowded. Straw umbrellas are spaced just right, and you can also sit under "sails" in the front row. The restaurant service is excellent, and there's a dedicated area for quick salads and sandwiches, which you can purchase on site or bring from home. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I organized a corporate event at Lo Scoglio. Rachele was incredibly kind and helpful (we had numerous dietary needs and several requests to accommodate). The service was fast and impeccable, the food was excellent, and the entire staff was always smiling. And while the room was being set up, we even enjoyed Claudio's singing skills, as he performed in the kitchen while he prepared the appetizers!
