You call to get takeaway pizzas, they tell you "come at 7.15pm they're ready" you go there at 7.10pm and they start making the pizzas for you right away, you might as well not call and show up there and wait half an hour for them to make them for you. If you don't want half-raw pizzas, you should always say "Well cooked" or you will end up with a limp pizza

Informal environment, friendly and welcoming staff, good food, but in recent years the quality has dropped a bit

We went on Saturday...quality/quantity/price ratio ok...even if the place was a little crowded it was fine
