Beautiful seafront location, ideal for sunset dinners. The menu offers traditional Cilento dishes with a creative twist, especially seafood. Excellent appetizers and first courses, such as spaghetti "allo Sciabecco" and fresh clams. The tuna en croute and mixed fried fish are excellent.
Friendly and familiar service, very helpful staff. Prices (about €40 per person) are in line with the quality, although the portions could be a bit more generous.

Imagine a beautiful July evening, craving a good meal outdoors while watching a spectacular sunset—what more could you ask for? We chose three appetizers that were more suited to us, skipping the main course (but maybe next time) and moving straight to the mixed grill. What can I say? Everything was beautifully plated, and the combinations were very unique, like asparagus and shrimp or anchovies and goat cheese. Everything was truly delicious. I admit the grill wasn't "perfect," especially the consistency of the calamari, but the rest (fried fish and shrimp) was nothing to write home about. As soon as I have the opportunity, I'll gladly return.

Lido vista mare, location semplice e senza pretese, frescura interna, piatti abbondanti e saporiti come fatti a casa propria
Sul secondo avrei preferito vi mettessero un po' di insalata come decorazione o contorno (visto anche il prezzo pagato del piatto!) invece....prezzi leggermente altini.
Comunque consigliato.

Sorry, but it's too late to hear the band I know. I came here on purpose, but a quarter to 1 was definitely not an option, given the distance to get back.
Naturally, I had dinner.
Even though I knew the prices on the menu, I couldn't help but try the scialatielli with sea urchin. Delicious, but I would have appreciated a little more. To finish off the house wine, I opted for fried calamari. Good.
But honestly, spending 55 euros seems excessive!
A beachfront location, facing the street, because I didn't choose the sea to listen to another sound that I didn't even enjoy.

This restaurant on the Ascea seafront is a landmark for Ascea and the surrounding towns. I wasn't able to take all the photos, but we had shrimp parmigiana with fondue, octopus salad with potatoes on a bed of herbs, and spaghetti with clams. Everything was extremely fresh and well-made. Friendly and fast staff. 5 stars for everything!

My daughter and I arrived on July 5, 2025, and will be leaving on July 12, 2025. I can say I received a spectacular welcome. I immediately felt at home. The staff at the Elea Hotel and the entire Lido Lo Sciabecco were incredibly helpful, especially Giulia, my daughter's favorite. The food was excellent, the place was wonderful, and we'll definitely be back, hopefully soon. Thank you all.

Lovely location. Friendly and qualified staff.
Excellent anchovies and ni for the courgette flowers and prawns covered in a cloying and invasive almost rubbery cheese sauce.
Good wine by the glass, but the selection could be wider and more versatile by opening up to small local artisanal businesses.
Worth a stop.

Lido located on the Ascea seafront. Gino the owner and his wife are very kind people. The staff is also polite and helpful. At the restaurant you eat well and the price is normal. I recommend to those who like anchovies the scialatiello alla Sciabecco otherwise the paccheri swordfish and cherry tomatoes. Nice week.

Ristorante e lido sul mare con possibilità di affitto ambrellone in spiaggia , posto incantevole ristorante adiacente alla spiaggia , menu molto curato e personale molto gentile . Possibilità di prenotare presso il loro albergo a pochi passi dal mare in centro ad ascea . Consigliatissimo.
