The schiacciata looks more like a sandwich, good, but for that price, you can get better traditional schiacciatas in the center of Florence. The service could be improved, a bit rude.

We went for lunch there, amazing food, great service they were very friendly. It was actually great to see how their team works so efficiently and fast. We ordered 2 sandwiches. One Biascica which was (Mortadella (Bologna), stracciatella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and pistachios cream). It was very light, the sun-dried tomatoes were very soft and flavorful and overall extremely delicious. The other one Non cambiare mai which was (Parma's Ham 24 months, buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and olive cream), it was a little bit heavier with stronger taste, couldn't asked for better.

Without a doubt, the best sandwich shop in Florence. And perfectly located.

Fabulous schiacciata, clean environment and very friendly service

We went for a snack in the afternoon and it was great. We ordered a beer, a soft drink, and a focaccia. Nice terrace and a great atmosphere. Very friendly.

Spectacular schiacciate, even for vegetarians!

Solid sandwiches, but nothing special. We were looking for a spot with indoor seating (many sandwich shops here don't have any) and it was nice to have table service. Service was very friendly.

We visited Lo Schiacciavino around 12:20 and the experience was truly excellent in every way. We ordered two focaccias, which turned out to be truly delicious: fragrant, well-filled, with fresh, quality ingredients, and perfectly balanced in flavor. You can immediately taste the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and the care taken in preparation, which isn't always a given for a quick lunch. The table service was impeccable, prompt but never rushed. Despite the rush hour, we were treated with great professionalism and without long waits. The staff is extremely kind, smiling, and helpful, always ready to answer questions and offer courteous advice. This truly makes the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for both a relaxing lunch break and a delicious meal without sacrificing quality. The organization of the restaurant is also excellent: everything flows smoothly and orderly, demonstrating great customer service. In conclusion, Lo Schiacciavino is a guarantee: excellent food, fast service, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. A place we absolutely recommend and will gladly return to. A well-deserved five stars.
