I dined at Lo Scarrozzo during a business trip and was truly satisfied. I started with an appetizer of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, truly remarkable for the quality, freshness, and variety of ingredients. For my second course, I chose an excellent veal round with baked potatoes, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Everything was carefully prepared and of high quality, and the price was absolutely in line with the offerings. The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant.

Very nice place, but unfortunately poorly organized. Sunday lunch, reservations for six. There were about 25 customers in the dining room and only one waiter, who, despite his great kindness and courtesy, struggled to keep up with everyone, being alone. My appetizer was served with the main course, which can happen... but I had ordered gnocchi with octopus ragù, and they arrived with squid sauce. I didn't mention anything to the waiter because it was very good anyway, and I didn't want to cause any confusion or further delays. About 50 minutes passed between ordering and the arrival of the first and appetizers, and about another 40 for the main courses. Unfortunately, the wait was very long.

Everything was fine, the food was good, the service was friendly. The food was served quickly. If you order dessert, it's a bit of a gamble, but it's worth the effort once in your life.

Three of us visited the restaurant: two adults and a 4-year-old. We ordered three pizzas, a liter of house wine, and a coffee. The bill came to €57, even though we'd been told coffee would be free due to the long wait.
We did a quick calculation: Margherita €8, Diavola €11, Quattro Formaggi €14, a liter of wine €14, and three covers at €2.50 each. The total was €54.50. I don't know how much coffee costs there, maybe €2.50. If so, it makes sense.
So why say coffee is free and then include it in the bill anyway, if we didn't even ask for a discount?
Otherwise, the place isn't bad: the decor, the service, and the pizza are good. But it left a bitter taste in our mouths...

Beautiful place, nice wine selection. 5 stars for the fried calamari and grilled octopus, very good, but 2 stars for the seafood padellata, really not great, lacking freshness, overcooked and overpriced.
