We were welcomed by local friends into this small, welcoming, and impressive place (the food next door is excellent).
The meat was of the highest quality, cooked to perfection to our specifications.
I'll return if I'm in the area again.

Meat lovers passing through San Miniato, this restaurant is a must-see during your visit to this magnificent city. Beyond a typical and warm setting, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating and the meat is of remarkable quality! Food was delicious, so many options for meat, I love that you walk outside through their shop and you can purchase meat there too, bathroom very clean. Had 2 waters, 1 lasagna, 2 filetto and paid less than 50€

An authentic butcher's experience. Naturally, the menu is meat-heavy with a variety of options. The carpaccio and steak tartare are very finely seasoned and of high quality. You can choose the type and size of the roasted cut of meat directly from the chef, and it's presented again before cooking. All this at reasonable prices compared to Germany and in a great, busy atmosphere. Therefore, a reservation is recommended. There's also a huge wine selection.
