So what can I say: I have never eaten such good meat in my life. Meat culture and pleasure culture embody, in every sense, the owner who is an artist. The tartare is a masterpiece, the steak is good both the fat and the burnt, which makes it 2% of the product. Excellent selection of wines. The bitterness produced for them. This is a carnivore's paradise and I bow to it.

In breve, si mangia bene, tanto e si spende il giusto. C'è veramente una vastissima selezione di carne, soprattutto sulle tartare. Gli antipasti sono davvero abbondanti. Ho preso una selezione di salsicce e mi aspettavo tipo tre salsicce di piccole dimensioni. Ne sono arrivate sei, medie e tutte davvero deliziose. Ho preso poi una tartare all'amatriciana. Ottima. Insomma, poco da dire, se non in positivo.

How well I ate.......you can't say.....you have to eat.....it's fantastic.....the kingdom of PROTEIN...THE PARADISE OF FIORENTINA. And then... the fantastic butcher's shop at all hours.

Eravamo qui io e la mia ragazza, abbiamo preso un tagliere di affettati di loro produzione, una tartare al coltello olio sale pepe, una bistecca e patate con buccia di contorno. Massima qualità delle materie prime, il suo profumo si sente già appena varcata la porta. Personale molto cordiale e simpatico, Maurizio esperto che consiglia a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, non badando ai suoi interessi. Bravi davvero, dopo anni che non venivo, sono rimasto ancora una volta stupefatto.

La Panacea

25/05/2025: We ate very well and were pampered by Mr. Carlo, the owner of the restaurant, and his family. A beautiful experience that, in addition to the excellent food and suggestions for the varieties of meat treated, was accompanied by pleasant chats and anecdotes. It was a very pleasant experience that we will do again as soon as we have the opportunity to return to Pisa.
19/05/2025: EXCELLENT RESTAURANT, EXCELLENT MEAT! We are from Rome and I came with some relatives to this restaurant and we were really surprised by the kindness of the staff who welcomed us and advised us, and also served us in an exceptional way 🤗 I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE and especially ask for the bread which is a specialty with turmeric 🤩
