Truly excellent cured meats, cheeses, tartare and traditional Tuscan dishes. We had a great time, a very pleasant surprise. Excellent wine list, really super. We'll be back!

Found by chance, but a great surprise.
We took two excellent tartars from a menu with a very wide choice. We wanted to have the ribollita and lasagna on the menu, as they were not available we opted for another type of lasagna off the menu. Sin! They welcomed us with two very delicious entrées (two canapés and two meatballs) and finally we finished with cantucci and vin santo.
An excellent experience also because the kitchen is open to view and the place is very characteristic (a little narrow).
We were pleasantly surprised by the bill, which was below expectations.

Pranzo con moglie e figli, il.locale si presenta molto bene, con tantissime bottiglie per lo più toscane in bella mostra .
Il menu è interessante con molte tartare ( con la possibilità di scelta della quantità di carne)
Optiamo per 2 antipasti u o salumi misti e uno solo prosciutti locali , una Svizzera una tartare carbonara e una fiorentina .
Per la Lombata mi consigliano un mucca pisano di dimensioni ridotte
Carne super tenera e saporita cottura ottima.

Excellent quality food, starters, first courses and second courses prepared on the spot. Top meat and cold cuts! Efficient and courteous service. It costs a little but it's worth it.
