The best option ever!
We left Pisa for Florence and were starving. The restaurant was packed until 9 p.m., and the rest of the restaurants open after 7 p.m. We had to wait about two hours :( . We bought the best cheeses, cured hams, and salami, as well as bread and pickles, and we made our own. The extremely friendly owner gave us the best recommendations, and we grabbed a quick bite to eat before we got back on our way. Great value and incredibly delicious! Thanks for existing!

Enomacelleria is a fitting name for this place, a butcher's shop, a kitchen, and a wine bar. The small but welcoming atmosphere offers a pleasant sense of warmth. The menu features a wide variety of tartare options, with some classic pairings and some more unusual ones, like the one I suggested with anchovies and egg. Portions vary, up to 200 grams of meat. Fair prices, definitely worth a return visit.

We were welcomed by local friends into this small, welcoming, and impressive place (the food next door is excellent).
The meat was of the highest quality, cooked to perfection to our specifications.

Meat lovers passing through San Miniato, this restaurant is a must-see during your visit to this magnificent city. Beyond a typical and warm setting, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating and the meat is of remarkable quality! Given all the things mentioned above, the restaurant fills up quickly, so remember to book!
