Excellent mountain retreat. Nice and nice environment. Lots of variety of dishes and all good. The desserts, various tarts and apple pie, delicious. The gnocchi at Blue d'Aoste are fabulous.

Magnificent restaurant built in a hut at the bottom of the Rheme valley, refined and typical cuisine of this valley, everything made in house, from pasta to bread to desserts, at least once a year you always come back with pleasure.

The 'Royal platter' is excellent, plentiful and with exquisite local products (St. Oyen smoked ham 😋, to name one). The doggy bag is recommended... even by the manager!

Beppe is always a guarantee. Tried it for the first time invited by friends, I returned this summer and what can I say...always excellent food, carefully prepared, lovely place.

Everything is made on site, prepared with care and mastery, the dishes are sophisticated, generous and above all very good! And the welcome is very cheerful. A suspended moment, at the bottom of the valley. We will come back with great pleasure!!

28/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato una sera di agosto in quattro. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per la.cortesia del servizio, che per la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo trovato anche una proposta di pesce che in montagna è sempre difficile. Eccellente il dolce, una bavarese.
13/08/2024: È un bellissimo locale, dall'atmosfera sofisticata e mai banale. Si mangia benissimo e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Uno dei pochissimi ristoranti che fa un caffè degno di essere chiamato tale. Disponibilità di piatti vegetariani. Ve lo consiglio vivamente! Noi, semmai tornassimo a Saint Vincent, andremo a mangiare sicuramente da loro!

21/08/2024: Ottimo pranzo in Val Veny: come da tradizione polenta concia, salsicce, crespelle alla fontina, e altre piccole cose. Tutto molto buono davvero. Servizio attento, personale gentile e molto efficiente. Comodo il parcheggio del locale, visti gli spazi non proprio ampi di parcheggio nella valle. Consigliato per una bella pausa dopo una passegiata, oppure proprio per un pranzo tranquillo con un bel panorama.
