A more unique than rare experience in Val d'Aosta, eating as well as in this restaurant, especially for those looking for dishes other than the typical Aosta Valley ones. All very good. For those who love whipped cream, the advice is to try the one proposed here... without words. Everything delicious. Then, the landscape of Valgrisenche completes the experience making it unforgettable.

Refuge/restaurant in the middle of nowhere and for this reason enchanting, especially in winter when the snow reduces it to a stone set in white. The structure is rustic but expertly furnished. The owner, singular in his gruff friendliness, is exactly the person you would expect to find in a structure of this kind. The dishes are typical of Aosta Valley cuisine, plentiful and not particularly expensive. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we were tempted by the Royale cutting board. The quantity and quality of the cheeses and cold cuts offered do justice to its name. I think it is an unmissable stop for anyone staying in Val di Rhemes.

Beautiful "refuge" nestled in the mountains and at the beginning of the path to the Benevolo refuge. Very good food. Owner Giuseppe always very professional.

Excellent mountain retreat. Nice and nice environment. Lots of variety of dishes and all good. The desserts, various tarts and apple pie, delicious. The gnocchi at Blue d'Aoste are fabulous.
