...guys, try it and believe it... The ovettto: egg yolk (yolk for the wanted) drowned in a cup with fondue covered with a crust of warm bread and ham Saint Marcel... A Valdostan meat tartare that brought tears to my eyes A Valdostan soup with crispy cabbage and crouton of gratinated fontina and stale bread... A gourmet coffee that not even in France... Look at the photos I posted... We'll be back tonight Friendly staff‼ We come back every time we pass through Champoluc and we find the menu varied almost every time and always of excellent quality ‼️

What can I say, an excellent restaurant! Elegant venue and atmosphere, without neglecting the mountain style. Excellent food and impeccable service, the owner is very kind and approachable, while the waiter is very professional.

I'm sorry to have to give a rather negative opinion on this restaurant but I have to be objective. Nothing to say about the food, really excellent. Unfortunately the service was lacking in several aspects, a first request for lemon for seasoning was lost in the void and the second was made with ONE skimpy slice. Sixteen people stuck together at the table in a dark tavern, oh well. Wi-Fi connection null, password asked, incorrect provided. Let's not talk about the bill.

Great place. Service excellent - attentive friendly professional - sommelier was fantastic so knowledgeable and energetic! Food very good. Authentic atmosphere.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. We sat downstairs which is cosy but spacious. The sirloin steak and lamb were both excellent and at very modest prices.

We went yesterday for lunch, the staff were very kind and explained everything about the wine and the food, the food was delicious, we had a great time. Fair price-quality. I will happily return.

Hotel Boule de Neige

23/03/2025: Esperienza positiva! Posto incantato, tipicamente in stile chalet, in legno...molto intimo ed accogliente. Personale inizialmente freddino..ma vista la temperatura, accogliamo.. difatti all'indomani, ci siamo ricreduti immediatamente. La prima cosa che mi ha catturato l'attenzione: la pulizia! In ogni angolo, c'era ed era visibile.Inoltre, la cura dei dettagli l'ho riscontrata in molti punti: dalle rifiniture in pietra, incastonate nelle perline, alla lucina per creare la giusta illuminazione, al semplice portasapone collocato nella doccia...tutto l'essenziale messo a disposizione con cura e professionalità. Il luogo nei dintorni è fiabesco..immerso in una cornice da favola, a bordo piste ed impianti di risalita. Il tutto, guarnito con una SPA che purtroppo, non abbiamo potuto provare per problemi tecnici...ma ci siamo ripromessi di ritornarci al più presto. Magnifica esperienza...grazie Boule de Neige!
20/03/2025: We spent a wonderful week at Boule de Neige, with 6 families of friends and countless children who felt at home. The hotel is very well run, it's clean, well located (literally on the slope), we eat wonderfully. Thank you to the Boule family for this generous welcome of which we will all keep very fond memories.

29/05/2025: The hotel is in a good position to visit the Valley, spacious rooms, excellent service both reception and restaurant room and cleaning rooms and in general. The terrace above the hotel offers a really beautiful view. Truly remarkable the cuisine: excellent dinners, varied, abundant and nicely presented by the owner. Thank you for your kindness
