It's an experience. With a set of very particular hot, cold and raw seafood appetizers and some extraordinary first and second courses you realize that you are not in the usual restaurant but in a place truly out of the norm. The very bubbly Gilda and her calm husband Livio, also a passionate chef, lead the dance and satisfy, even if sometimes with a hint of confusion, the expectations of those who are not satisfied with the usual flavors of the sea. In the end you realize that you are paying an absolutely honest bill, which other pretentious places would have made salty by charging disproportionately for unconventionality.

I'm not a fish lover but here, it's superb. Top quality raw materials and excellent service. Easy to find parking, especially nearby. I don't know how much the cost is because dinner was offered, but I highly recommend it.

I would ruin the surprise for you but I guarantee you will experience an explosion of original tastes. For us lovers of oysters and raw fish this is the right place! All expertly presented by the owners, excellent hosts who will accompany you on a pleasant journey into the wonders that only the sea can offer between a page of Montalban and a Mirò dish! Enjoy your meal!

We stopped for lunch, so just a starter and a first course and a bottle of wine. The owners are very kind and hospitable. The dishes and ingredients are good and special. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.

Con piacere abbiamo avuto modo di degustare la buona cucina di questo locale. Proprieta’ attenta e garbata molto disponibile con un ospitalità familiare ad alti livelli. Menù che offre tanti piatti rivisitati, ottimi gli antipasti e i ravioli di pesce con abbinamenti che rievocano tradizioni antiche, generando gusto e sapori della buona cucina. Un grazie per la dedizione al senza glutine! Consigliatissimo, tappa da provare.

My boyfriend and I had lunch on Easter Monday at this restaurant. We both didn't know him and I must say that it was a really nice discovery. Specialized in raw products, especially oysters in particular. Family environment where we immediately found ourselves at ease, delicious and innovative dishes, I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try new flavours, success is guaranteed. We will be back very soon.
