I visited Ristorante Villa Liviangior and found it to be one of the most elegant and pleasant restaurants in the Euganean Hills spa area. The location is surrounded by greenery, with spacious interior rooms, panoramic windows, and a garden with a swimming pool, making it a special choice for both a romantic dinner and important occasions such as events and celebrations. The cuisine here is carefully crafted and balanced, with meat and fish dishes made with excellent ingredients and elegant presentations. Many reviews cite the beautifully executed appetizers, first courses, and second courses, as well as a well-selected wine cellar. Service is one of the restaurant's strong points: the staff is professional, courteous, and helpful, attentive to detail and ready to offer recommendations for wines and courses. For me, Villa Liviangior is an excellent choice for a refined or special dinner, with its elegant atmosphere, quality dishes, and attentive service, perfect for both an evening for two and important occasions.

The shrimp risotto was good but not exceptional. I expected it to have a few whole shrimp, but they were chopped and barely felt right in the mouth. Perhaps this expectation stems from the restaurant and the high-level staff. The "ripassato" (ripasso) of the risotto was a pleasant surprise; it needed a portion, not a dinner portion, but a set menu one. A tip: the risotto only comes in two portions, which is typical of a trattoria; restaurants serve single portions and half portions. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth trying.

Delicious! 😋 The tomato seafood in the first photo and the dish at the bottom of the second photo were both excellent. It's been a long time since I've had a restaurant that made me say "wow." Highly recommend it! 👍 Friends, give it a try!
