Gentlemen, this is a truly remarkable pizzeria. I had the opportunity to try their pizza verace, a contemporary Neapolitan pizza that's anything but simple to make: firstly, due to the high hydration of the dough and, secondly, the use of a wood-fired oven. Baking multiple pizzas with a 78% hydration level in this type of oven requires a great deal of experience: either you're really well-versed, or you risk serving your customer an undercooked or burnt pizza. And they, I can say without a doubt, are truly expert.
The cooking was exemplary and resulted in a superb pizza, thanks in part to the quality flours and impeccable dough management. Congratulations indeed: if you want a true contemporary Neapolitan pizza in Montecatini, this is the place to go.

Nice place and staff. We didn't have a reservation and they accommodated us. The only complaint is that the bacon on my pizza was almost charred, black. I hope it's a coincidence for them

A well-deserved 5-star pizzeria! I went there yesterday for dinner with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. The staff were all young, the atmosphere was modern and elegant, and the pizza was very good, both the thin crust and the classic version. The desserts were also excellent. Everything was excellent! Reasonable prices, highly recommended. If we ever return to Montecatini, we'll definitely stop by for pizza here again.

Excellent pizza, with various toppings, and they even let you choose between thin crust or VERACE. Impeccable service! My friend will always remember his 24th birthday, which unfortunately is too often overshadowed by the overused 25th birthday! We'll be back, thank you!

I've noticed a significant improvement since the pizzeria opened. Initially, the pizza had a rather burnt crust, but recently I've found the dough to be perfect: soft, tasty, and cooked to perfection. The lactose-free options are also a plus. The service was impeccable: the young staff were friendly and very helpful, even during peak hours. It's truly wonderful to see young people so passionate and committed to their work, and this certainly deserves to be encouraged. I'll definitely be back, and if the quality remains this good in future visits, I'll upgrade my rating to the highest level.

Delicious pizza from a stone oven at very reasonable prices. Not a tourist trap, but a lovely meal among locals. I highly recommend it.
