A historic restaurant in Garbatella serving both seafood and wood-fired pizza. Everything is top-notch. The restaurant is divided into various areas, offering both secluded, less crowded seating and open-air seating. Service is fast, friendly, and attentive. There's a nearby parking lot, making it fairly easy to find a spot (not counting weekends).

Update after another 2 years: We had a great time again, next time we'll go for pizza. Today we stuffed ourselves with clams and mixed fried fish 😋🤤 Old review 👇🏻 I'd been there a couple of years ago and it's improved a lot. The food is excellent, and the portions are perfectly reasonable for the prices. It's a restaurant I personally highly recommend. As for the service, it's a bit like an osteria, where the waiter/staff comes directly to the table to take your order and chat. So much so, that instead of croquettes, he brought us an unsolicited supplí. Thankfully, the mistake was only €1, and we ate it anyway, but you have to be careful because sometimes people won't be happy with that extra euro. A piece of paper is more than enough; No one questions someone's professionalism or memory, but it's always better to be equipped with pen and paper. But I'm not complaining, I would have eaten the table too 😂! I'm still giving it 5 stars because, to err is human and the staff is very kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back 🫶🏻

I've been frequenting the restaurant for a couple of years now, and it's become my go-to place for a relaxed meal, with quality food and traditional cuisine. Beniamino is available and always ready to go the extra mile to make every evening perfect. When possible, try the suckling pig!

THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT! I had the most delicious Moscardini and the best pasta Bottarga!😊 All the dishes that we ordered were mouth-watering!! IT IS A must-visit place!

Our last meal in Italy was definitely not a let down. Everyone was very kind and patient, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. A local spot I highly recommend! I got the ravioli but my partner got the spaghetti scoglio and his plate was my favorite. Plus the tiramisu and caramel panacotta was to die for. 5/5!

Avoid on Ferragosto. Three stars for the waiter's courtesy. As for the rest, I'm sorry to say, my meal was truly awful. P.S. The spaghetti with clams doesn't allow any starch or flour, but lots of oil! Two years later, I spent Ferragosto at this restaurant again. The food has improved, and I'm pleased. A good first course, and the fried fish was delicious. Upon arrival, all the tables were already served with seafood appetizers, adequate for the number of people seated. A nice idea to honor those who had decided to spend their Ferragosto lunch there, I thought. In the end, surprise!!! The appetizer, unsolicited, was added to the bill (a whopping 40 euros in our case). Of course, we enjoyed it, but paying for it felt like an imposition. Like getting lost in a glass of water!

I went one evening with friends. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The pizza was excellent and the prices were great. See you next time.

The pizza is excellent and the menu offers a variety of really excellent fish and meat dishes. And to finish, Sardinian sweets!
