I've been to the restaurant several times and the food is always perfect. The atmosphere is elegant and the staff is friendly and fast. Always a great experience.

Overall, it's one of my favorites, but it's not quite a 5-star rating... I come here occasionally, but I find it a bit noisy. The glass has been bothering me since the pandemic. The waiters are decent, they always try their best... The prices are above average... If you want to come here, it's best to book in advance...

I tried a lot of seafood restaurant in Milano during my visit as a seafood lover and Isola dei Sapori was one of my best. This place is an authentic Sardinian seafood restaurant with a lot of professional servers. All dishes were very delicious. If we have one extra night, I was sure I come back to this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant and ordered seafood, and everything was wonderful. The dishes were fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back again!

Even better than I expected... we arrived earlier than scheduled, but they seated us right away. The service was impeccable, thanks to Mimmo, who was always there and friendly. The dishes, what can I say? Two appetizers: gratinated scallops and fantastic grilled skewers. The first course: spectacular Sardinian fregola, even better than the one I had in Sardinia. The grilled tuna Chateau was perfect. All accompanied by a bottle of Chardonnay. It's just a shame we didn't have room for dessert, but I'll definitely try it next time! I generally hate reviews, but this one was necessary because it truly deserves 5 stars! Thanks again to Mimmo and Emanuela.

01/02/2026: I tried the Sardinian pizzas and found them to be good, both in terms of dough and toppings, a touch of Sardinia! I'll be back to try the cuisine.
