We stumbled upon this place by chance and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Lory and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, the place reminded me of my grandparents' house 😊 and the food was fantastic 👏🏾👏🏾.
The Chianina tartare was excellent and the Fratoiana soup, a Lucca specialty, was delicious.

Great wine, good food and a smile when being served.
The restaurant has a wide selection of both local and national wines which will not disappoint.
I had the fried chicken and rabbit with zucchini which was fantastic followed by a tiramisu that was very authentic and delicious.
I would definitely recommend spending the time to stop here for a meal and some great wine.

Exceptional experience! I highly recommend the rosticciana with potatoes on the side. The tiramisu was sublime! I have to go back to try the walnut and fig cake, which sold out like hotcakes.

We spontaneously stopped here for dinner. From the outside, it looks like a wine bar. But when you're served the food, you know you've come to the right place if you want to be pampered with culinary delights. From appetizers to dessert, we were blown away! Thank you so much!

A nice discovery!
A few tables inside and especially on the sidewalk opposite this delicatessen and wine merchant catering shop. It’s definitely fashion.
Complete menu, specialties, meat, fish, pasta. We want to taste everything.
Very good dishes. Fresh and tasty. Served hot and quickly. Very nice server.
Excellent grilled and tender octopus. Crispy vegetable fritters. Very tasty local pork chops but way too salty. Too bad that's the only false note... Very good coffee.
Generous portions.
Prices in the low average for the city. Correct addition.
We will come back to try the other dishes on the menu.

We arrived by chance and were in a hurry because we had a scheduled visit.
From the moment we arrived, they treated us with great attention and friendliness.
The food was superb, and the service was fast, as they understood our rush.

Excellent osteria, simple dishes, but prepared with care and professionalism! Very good tordelli, not to mention the fried chicken and rabbit and the fried porcini mushrooms. The house wine is also good! Well done!

We were walking down the street when we saw Roberto, who smiled at us with such warmth that we turned around and walked back to chat, and then we agreed on reserving a table for lunch.
We had the truffle tagliolini with fried courgette and a side salad, absolutely delicious, and Roberto surprised us with the fried mushrooms, the special of the day, on the house.
Their family-run restaurant has such a genuine atmosphere, we’ll always remember this place with a smile, grazie mille Roberto and Laurie!
Highly recommending this place to anyone visiting Lucca, a little gem not to miss 🍝
