What a great customer service! He was working alone and pretty busy but he took time to greet us with a nice welcome smile and apologize plus let us tried first while waiting. Very professional of him! Clean and organized. I love Thai coconut and green tea. You must try it!

Confirmed, this is the best gelato in the world. I’m so grateful to have the privilege to taste/support this shop. Best flavours to try: Pistachio Salted caramel Local strawberry 🍓 & Raspberry Toasted Pecan but you have to add the maple syrup. They will make a little hole in the gelato to pour the maple syrup. White Rabbit 99% dark chocolate

Best gelato in Vancouver so far. They also have store in downtown and Burnaby. But this store is the best to me. Salted caramel and matcha were so delicious

Very nice welcome from the team and great customer service, I have been five times in Italy in different cities, so I know very well about Italian ice cream, I took a cup of vanilla and chocolate, and the ice cream tasted like my trip to Italy, and made me remember wonderful memories. I highly recommend the Bella Gelateria store. I will come back for sure. Thank you so much.
