We recently went for dinner. We tried the fish tasting menu... What can I say... Excellent, in quality, quantity and presentation. Really nothing to say. I highly recommend it to everyone. Only note, the girl who welcomed us... She seemed annoyed. While the chef who brought us some dishes from the menu later was impeccable and made us forget the somewhat cold welcome. However, given that you mainly go to a restaurant to eat, we certainly recommend it and will return.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Insonnia restaurant in Forlì and I must say that the culinary experience was truly positive. The dishes were prepared with care and fresh ingredients, and each course was able to surprise the palate. From the homemade pasta to the fish main courses, everything was delicious and well presented. It is clear that the kitchen is managed with passion and competence. However, there is one aspect of the service that is worth mentioning. I noticed some difference in the treatment between the customers by the owner and the waitress from the East. While the owner appeared attentive and helpful, the waitress seemed less eager to serve and was not particularly courteous. This affected the overall atmosphere a bit, which otherwise would have been perfect. In summary, I highly recommend trying Insomnia's dishes, but I hope the service can improve to offer a complete and satisfying experience. I will definitely be back to enjoy their specialties again!

Dinner on Saturday evening 22 September with the family of three of us. It must immediately be said that this restaurant has some exceptionally positive and rare aspects for Forlì. First of all, great courtesy and friendliness on the part of the dining room staff, always ready to change a dish that may have been produced incorrectly. The cellar is more than a well-stocked wine shop but above all the mark-ups are really honest and you can drink excellent bottles at prices slightly higher than those of wine shops. The dishes aren't always perfect: in our case the gnocchi with shrimp weren't really that great and the fries were bland and not very crunchy. Instead I took a wonderful grilled sea bass, very fresh and well cooked as well as very abundant. The bruschetta and the classic tagliatelle with meat sauce are also good. The well-assorted grilled vegetables, well seasoned and well presented, are impeccable. The dishes are always very abundant, almost too much so. You will never leave this place unless you are truly full. I got a splendid classic method Franciacorta for 30 euros, almost a gift. Three of us spent 120 euros, very reasonable and with a perfectly valid receipt. You need to select a few dishes and favor simplicity. I can't give opinions on the restaurant's strong point: oysters and raw seafood because I don't eat them. He also took two bottles of water two coffees and a dessert. Next time I would definitely like to try the pavlova. We'll see you again soon to explore that fantastic cellar too. And thanks to the two nice and friendly girls in the room.

Cena con 10 amici veramente fantastica era una cena a tema, veramente tutti rimasti entusiasti con prodotti di alta qualità dalle cruditè al tegamaccio, passatelli di mare e infine una stupenda Catalana accompagnata da ottimi vini tutto super abbondante.
