An excellent culinary experience! We ate and savored the main local and Umbrian recipes, starting with a classic homemade appetizer and ending with a first course of pappardelle with ragù! The staff were welcoming and ready to accommodate any request. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great lunch here. Nice mix of traditional and modernized trattoria food. The polpettini with broccoli and the guinea fowl (farona) were standouts. Friendly service. Nice wine pairing with each course. The portion size for me was great...I wasn't overstuffed after the meal.

This is our second consecutive year back, and we're from Asti, Piedmont. Besides finding all the delicious traditional dishes, there's special attention to customer service, and they explain every dish with passion and professionalism. Well done, keep it up!

A delightful surprise in the heart of Terni. A very interesting place with a beautiful brick vault. The owner, Lorenzo, is helpful, extremely kind, and, above all, very knowledgeable in the field. The dishes are truly exquisite. A blend of Umbrian-Italian traditions revisited and enriched with a touch of personal creativity. Professionalism, kindness, and expertise at an affordable price. Truly excellent value for money.

Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Italy!!! Every dish is exquisite, the wine cellar is amazing, and the service is top-notch! Whenever I can, I travel to Terni specifically to stop at Lillero ❤️❤️

27/10/2025: On my way back from the Marche region to Rome, I happened upon San Gemini right around lunchtime, and after a quick search, I decided to try this restaurant. There are three of us. The atmosphere is rustic and tranquil, with an open fireplace in the entrance hall where they're busy cooking meat, and delicious aromas wafting from the kitchen. We order a first and second course. Grated truffle is featured in many of the first courses, as are grilled meats, soups, and cod. The dishes are few, but very well presented. Delicate cuisine with excellent flavors. Prices are high. Excellent service. We'll return to try other dishes and explore the wine list. Highly recommended.
23/10/2025: Authentic cuisine prepared very well. Even for those who prefer vegetarian alternatives this restaurant offers a decent array of options! Very friendly staff.
