22/02/2026: If you're looking for a true Italian cuisine experience, one that pampers the palate and warms the heart, you've come to the right place. We had a fantastic evening, and every course left us speechless.
What we loved:
The Appetizers: The fried foods (montanarine or gnocco fritto) were incredible, golden brown and incredibly light, topped with a layer of flavorful prosciutto, a cloud of fresh burrata, and fragrant basil. A great start!
The Pizzas: Simply spectacular. The dough is traditional: a high, airy crust, perfectly browned in the wood-fired oven. We tried both the version with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmesan (fresh and crunchy), and the richer one with zucchini, cooked ham, and cheese, both balanced and highly digestible.
The Details: Even classics like French fries didn't disappoint, served with a generous combination of sauces. And to wash it all down? A draft beer with a thick, creamy head, served at the perfect temperature.
Top-quality ingredients, impeccable cooking, and that "homey" feeling that makes everything better. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

21/02/2026: On the takeout box you wrote the right word to describe your pizza: TASTY!!!! Congratulations, we stopped because we know the Conversano location, but this evening, Saturday evening, zero wait even though the place was full, a fabulous pizza, actually TASTY and last but not least, with every takeout pizza, a free drink of your choice (a rare thing in our area (Bari)).
