Really very good. Great idea to allow you to "build" your own pizza or choose from the many on the list.

Interesting idea, good "pizza". You can feel that they use sourdough, it remains really very light. Quality products They welcomed us with a one-year-old child who made a mess on the floor, in this case the owner/waiter did not know how to defuse the situation by making jokes that were not really successful.

I discovered Lievito Madre by pure chance, and also in a period during which there was a great need to come across a reality of this kind: you eat well, you feel good, all this thanks to Peppe and Fabio, father and son who run a place that really deserves it. They are originally from Campania, the type of pizza they offer is the tall one, cooked in a pan - perhaps not exactly the one you associate with Naples but trust me, pizza exists in infinite forms and what matters in the end is that it is good. The one you find at Lievito Madre is indeed good: long-leavened dough and extremely digestible, with the possibility of composing your own pizza starting from a white base and selecting the various toppings from a rather well-stocked list, or letting yourself be guided through a series of tested combinations on offer. This format is particularly suitable for an aperitif evening, thanks to the possibility of tasting local craft beers and, another valuable note, also traditional Neapolitan desserts in collaboration with Poppella, one of the most renowned pastry shops in the south that has become particularly well-known for the production of its Fiocco di Neve. At Lievito Madre you will find it as you would eat it in your homeland, the same goes for pastiera and babà that simply taste of Naples in a way that is really difficult to find in the north. The theme nights are very interesting, such as the one dedicated to zuppa forte or stuffed mozzarella, or even the classic sausage and broccoli combination, a tribute to many traditional recipes and ingredients from Campania that really make you have fun. The prices are honest, often a fixed menu for the evenings and commensurate with the quantity of ingredients for the slices. A beautiful reality of the Vigevano area, I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening in company!

Ho scoperto Lievito Madre per puro caso, peraltro in un periodo durante il quale c'era davvero un gran bisogno di imbattersi in una realtà del genere: si mangia bene, si sta bene, tutto questo merito di Peppe e Fabio, padre e figlio che mandano avanti un locale che merita davvero. Loro di origine campana, la tipologia di pizza che offrono è quella alta, cotta in tegamino - forse non proprio quella che si associa a Napoli ma fidatevi, la pizza esiste in infinite forme e quel che conta alla fine è che sia buona. Quella che trovate da Lievito Madre lo è eccome: impasto a lunga lievitazione ed estremamente digeribile, con possibilità di comporre la propria pizza partendo da una base bianca e selezionando i vari topping da una lista piuttosto ben nutrita, oppure lasciarsi guidare attraverso una serie di combinazioni collaudate in proposta. Questo format si presta particolarmente bene ad una serata aperitivo, complice il poter gustare birre artigianali del territorio e, altra nota di pregio, anche dolci della tradizione napoletana in collaborazione con Poppella, una delle più rinomate pasticcerie del meridione divenuta particolarmente nota per la produzione del suo Fiocco di Neve. Da Lievito Madre lo trovate così come lo mangereste in patria, stesso discorso per pastiera e babà che semplicemente sanno di Napoli in un modo che è davvero difficile poter ritrovare nel settentrione. Interessantissime le serate a tema, come quella dedicata alla zuppa forte o alla mozzarella ripiena, oppure ancora al classico abbinamento salsiccia e friarielli, un elogio a tante ricette e ingredienti tradizionali del campano che ti fanno davvero divertire. I prezzi sono onesti, spesso a menu fisso per le serate e commisurati alla quantità di ingredienti per i tranci. Una bella realtà del vigevanese, non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque abbia voglia di passare una piacevole serata in compagnia!

Il locale è un po’ spartano ma accogliente, la pizza è ottima e leggera ma gustosa, il proprietario simpatico e il dolce top. Super raccomandato!!!
