A wonderful place with fantastic dishes – cooked with love and originality. The wine, the ambiance, and the friendly service rounded off our evening there. An absolute recommendation, where every penny is worth it for a truly enjoyable time!

A lovely beach side restaurant. Attentive and welcoming staff. Extremely tasty food with unexpected free tasters at the start which were also divine, the seared tuna especially. The wine was also delicious. My mother left her hand bag in the restaurant and the front of house/head waitress drove around until she found us to return it, a incredibly kind thing to do! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're a fan of delicious seafood, great staff and reasonable prices!

A good restaurant in the center of Vieste. Traditional dishes and a wide selection of menu options. The house sparkling white wine is excellent. The staff is friendly and fast.

Ristorante Lido Vesta was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding a special thank you to Isa and her colleague, who made us feel so welcome and truly elevated the evening. Their attention and kindness made all the difference. The food was exceptional, with every plate not only delicious but beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for creating such memorable dishes full of flavor and creativity. A perfect combination of excellent service, amazing food, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A seaside restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating (a sort of veranda) and typical seaside decor. I really liked the service because it was discreet and professional. The dishes I tried were delicious, both the first course (orecchiette with turnip tops and anchovies) and the second course (grilled seared tuna). Prices are slightly lower than average. Recommended.

A lovely seaside restaurant inside a beach club where the food is excellent, especially the first courses. I tried the Troccoli with mussels and lupini beans, creamy and truly delicious, cooked to perfection. The mussels were hand-picked, and the Coratina extra virgin olive oil was used admirably. This restaurant has a very well-organized olive oil list that speaks to the entire Puglia region, featuring all the extra virgin olive oils from every region. The restaurant is family-run, the tables are beautifully set, and the china is beautiful. I drank a glass of Falanghina served at the perfect temperature. The dessert will always remain in my heart: cartellate with goat's ricotta and carob vin cotto. Just the right amount of sweetness, crunchy, fragrant, and a true reflection of the region. Isa, the dining room manager, is very talented and welcoming. The chef is a very kind and reserved person. I was very happy to greet him and get to know him; many chefs should learn from him. She told me how she came up with the idea for the dessert and her approach, which uses a few simple ingredients, all from Puglia. I was there for lunch, but I'll be back soon for dinner.

Entrati senza nessuna aspettativa, abbiamo pranzato nella piccola terrazza esterna molto curata. Menu’ locale con piatti rivisitati e presentati in maniera gourmet. Gradito il benvenuto dello chef ,ottimi i grissini fatti in casa. Cameriere giovane molto professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Una cena straordinaria, sublime: un'esperienza! Tutto eccellente, gusto, originalità, presentazione dei piatti, servizio, location super romantica, musica di sottofondo e gentilezza di Isa, la proprietaria e moglie dello chef Nicola. Siamo venuti ieri sera, prenotando un paio di ore prima, su suggerimento di una cara collega di Bologna, Marianna, originaria di Vieste ma ciò che abbiamo mangiato ha superato le nostre aspettative. Grazie ad Isa e Nicola, sapere che esistono ancora posti in cui si può stare e mangiare benissimo danno speranza. A me e mio marito piace cucinare e lo facciamo, a livello amatoriale, molto bene...aggiungiamo questo commento perché come direbbero i nostri amici...e se lo dicono gli ZAP allora...
