Lido Mare Nostrum In Francavilla al mare

06/04/2025: While looking for a place in the Ortona area, we discovered this restaurant. At first glance the location is quite refined, but what makes the difference is the quality of the food that this place is able to offer. Few dishes on the menu, but all well executed. There is a search for quality and freshness in the raw materials from appetizers to desserts (although for the latter, in addition to those offered by the house, "industrial" ones can also be found). The owner is very attentive to the customer, he is present but not invasive. Eating here is like eating at home. I'm not local but if I ever end up in the area again I will definitely return.

24/03/2025: One of the few places I've found recently where I can say I had an excellent fish meal!!! And when I say FISH it doesn't mean traces mixed with vegetables... Furthermore, the chef has a very respectable CV and in many dishes you can feel... We will be back soon
