Lido Azzurro Apulia Food Restaurant In Giovinazzo

A fresh review after the very first time we tried this restaurant, I dare say, exceptional. I'd like to start by saying that the staff is completely helpful and disarmingly kind: they made us feel right at home. Their advice was amazing and worth listening to. The wait times were just right for the preparation of the dishes. The food was exquisitely refined and delicious: the fish was incredibly fresh, and we even had the pleasure of trying some new and interesting delicacies. I recommend booking in advance, as the place fills up so quickly (due to the extremely high quality of the products). We followed the reviews and chose this wonderful place, right on the edge of the sea, where it literally felt like being suspended in mid-air. The prices are reasonable for the quality; here in Puglia they say: "what you pay for, you get!"—and it's absolutely true. We recommend the tiramisu: absolutely creamy. We went on a Sunday for lunch, and despite it being packed, we were incredibly satisfied. The very young owner is an example of how important a coordinated staff living in a healthy and suitable place is, we HIGHLY recommend it if you want to eat well!

The food was excellent, the quality and creativity excellent. Service could be improved, both in terms of ordering and waiting times. The location, practically on the seafront, was impeccable. The appetizers were imaginative and delicious... I would have appreciated an extra course. The lobster scialatello was a 10/10. The dessert was average. The bill was a bit high.

The seafood was excellent, and they made a special fish-free menu for my wife. They were geniuses.

In my opinion, this seafood restaurant is one of the best in the northern Bari area... Super friendly staff, which is a rarity these days, exquisite raw seafood, top appetizers and first courses... A wonderful discovery, keep it up!!!

This is why Italian cuisine is the best. Discovered by chance, it was a pleasant discovery, both in terms of location and especially the cuisine. The pairings are super spot-on. The salmon with walnut fish and the mango salsa really enhances the fresh salmon. A very charming location, you practically eat right by the sea. Perhaps the only downside is the price, but it's fair for the quality of the products and the combination of flavors. Well done.

Sorry. We're not there yet ❗ I'm not questioning the quality, of course.... I don't accept being forced to order a maximum of two starters, and not even being able to choose the type. Since the prices aren't exactly low, the customer should choose without any ifs or buts. A set menu is definitely more logical ❗

I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday in August with friends and family. What can I say.... I pass on the compliments my guests gave me. Thank you all for your hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and the quality of what we were served. Thanks to Francesco and his co-owners, the chef, the restaurant manager, and all the staff, without exception. High-quality food obviously comes at a cost. So I can say that the quality/price ratio was excellent. A beautiful day. Thank you.
