Highly recommended!! My husband and I just had dinner at Nathan's to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place is on the sea, really beautiful... welcoming, and having dinner with the sea in the background and a pleasant breeze is priceless. The raw materials are of the highest quality. Without prejudice to the excellence of the raw seafood, the gastronomic experience is absolutely refined and innovative, from the presentation of the dishes to the flavours. We tried the tasting of the house appetizers, savoring every single bite without neglecting the combination made right down to the consistency of the individual ingredients. We then continued with fusilloni with Trapanese pesto and amberjack tartare and excellent fried seafood! The desserts were also excellent. The staff is impeccable in their professionalism and kindness. For wine connoisseurs they have several wineries to offer. The price is in line with what is offered, Congratulations Chef!! Fantastic location directly on the sea, excellent food, seafood the TOP of the Top, delicious starters, excellent first courses. You can see that there is a lot of work behind it. Fantastic location, on the sea, certainly very beautiful during the day. Very easy outdoor parking. Inside the place is simple, a little ordinary, ceiling lighting, not very distinctive, there are no table lamps. Bread served very simple, below standard (in traditional restaurants excellent Altamura bread is served, in more recent ones selections of bread of at least two types, or taralli, puff pastry, etc.). Interesting menu but starters not entirely convincing. First course, off the menu, good but with a cost not correctly communicated. Wine list not provided. The reception was a little distracted but the service was attentive and friendly. Toilets not used and not assessable. Overall a good restaurant, with something to improve in terms of absolute quality and correct communication of prices.

ENCHANTINGLY EXCELLENT ! Super recommended I had the pleasure of dining in this fish restaurant directly on the sea and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. Finally I was able to enjoy raw fish in complete tranquility, expertly prepared and served in artistic, delicious and refined dishes. It was so good that I went back three times. It doesn't surprise me at all that several celebrities, who travel to Puglia for entertainment purposes, choose to eat here. I had the honor of seeing a celebrity dine there during one of my visits, which reinforces my belief that it is the best restaurant in all of Puglia. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for romantic dinners, thanks to the enchanting view, but also for relaxing lunches in a unique atmosphere.
