07/08/2024: I honestly expected something really interesting, but that wasn't the case.
Good appetizer.
The fish-based first courses were also good, although there were two of us and one of the two first courses arrived 3 or 4 minutes later. This is not done.
the linguine with seafood, mussels and clams were already shelled, this gives rise to doubts that they were not fresh, and then the taste of this dish is also that of "fishing" in the pasta and removing the molluscs from their shells.
the plating of paccheri with swordfish was fabulous, see attached photo, this perhaps wasted some time, but the Chef must be good at calculating the preparation times to synchronize the release.
As a second course we had a mixed fry. The doubts about not fresh but frozen fish have been dispelled by this frying.
He was frozen. The prawns don't peel well and they weren't cleaned well. The "black thread" must be removed, that is the "intestine"
The frying was very, very heavy, you could taste too much oil and the fish, a little too salty, did not have a pleasant taste.
Summer, sea area famous for good fishing, medium-high prices, I was expecting fresh fish, many things with great expectations not repaid.
The service, prepared and good waiter but takes some things too much for granted.
Paid too much for a product...
It's a restaurant/pizzeria, why is there a dessert counter with scales at the entrance?
