06/01/2026: The salvation for enjoying a nice gluten-free sandwich... and above all it was delicious
04/01/2026: For a lunch break with family visiting Bologna, we decided to have lunch here, having never tried it. I shared a Giazzo, a customized one with porchetta, hummus, and crispy onions, and one with mortadella, sun-dried tomatoes, burrata, and pistachio. All three were very good, although the prices aren't very competitive because there are places that have similar options for a few euros less and are just as good. Of the three, the one with mortadella has become quite standard in Bologna, I found the guazzo good and unique due to the addition of salted caramel cream, and the one with porchetta was truly excellent, even though I thought I'd created something very messy, but no, the flavors balanced out beautifully in the end.
On another occasion, I got it to go and customized it too, making it with mortadella, burrata, artichokes, fried onion, and salted caramel. It was good, but not as good as the other one I customized.
