I accidentally heard praise for this restaurant and made the 176 km round trip.
It was definitely worth it.
The antipasti platter was excellent, both cured meats and cheeses, the Gallura soup was fantastic, and the three main courses we chose (two of which we ate on the spot, and a wonderful suckling pig and another Gallura soup were brought back for lunch the next day).
What can I say...the best gastronomic evening in a month in Sardinia.
Well done, well done, well done! Don't waste yourselves!

We went for lunch to celebrate a birthday and ate—according to the menu—a mixed antipasti of cured meats and cheeses with the inevitable broad beans, a highlight of this restaurant, and the fried mazza, divinely prepared. The "Zuppa cuata" was praised by all our guests as the best we had in all of Gallura!! The ravioli were superb, and the porcetto reached the highest level, cooked to perfection. What can I say? We'll be back, that's for sure, with very empty stomachs, because you'll be leaving here on all fours 🤣🤣🤣🤣😁 Congratulations to everyone, and a "bravissimissima" to Ambra!!

We were looking for a farm where we could eat porceddu, and after searching online for various farms to try it, we found Li Mulini. We set off from Badesi, about 30 km from Curve, but it's worth it for the scenery alone.
We booked in advance because cooking it takes time, so we were greeted by Anna, who was lovely and kind. Anyway, we enjoyed a nice platter of local cured meats and cheeses, and then the porceddu. Well done, Alessandro, cooked to perfection.

While touring on our motorcycle, we accidentally tried this family-run restaurant two years ago... returning this year, we can confirm the quality of the products and ingredients. The grilled meat is delicious and cooked to perfection, with the suckling pig (reservation required) deserving a special mention. The service is exceptional, with a warm welcome and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati più volte a “li mulini” per l’ottima qualità della carne il servizio semplice cordiale e preparato….. oggi però hanno superato le aspettativa… carni spettacolari , cottura perfetta!!! 🤩
