It's not easy to combine simplicity with goodness, but the Chef succeeded perfectly.

Almost four months after our visit to Li Jalantuumene, I still feel the urge to write this review, because experiences like this deserve to be shared. The atmosphere of this little restaurant was simply incredible: a wonderful place in an intimate square, perfect for a special evening with my wife. The food? Nothing short of fantastic. We savored the flavors of the region, while Gegè passionately explained each dish and the details of their preparation. I still remember the pork cheek, the pork belly, the perfect orecchiette, and the appetizer with cold fava bean puree—truly unforgettable. The wine selection was also carefully chosen: an extraordinary bottle of Masseria Maime perfectly accompanied our dinner. A special thanks goes to Gegè for his recommendations on places to visit the next day: thanks to him, we discovered places we would never have found otherwise. This is the classic example of a place and people who make trips memorable. Despite the delay in the review, the memory of this experience remains vivid and special.

We arrived by chance while walking through the streets of the beautiful Monte Sant'Angelo. What can I say? We ate very well, pampered by the chef, high-level cuisine, the restaurant is small but welcoming and very well-kept with beautiful paintings on display. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This little gem is hidden among the streets of one of the most charming villages in Gargano, Monte Sant'Angelo. From the very beginning, you're welcomed into a welcoming and tastefully furnished atmosphere. Then it's time for the meal: Chef Gegè and his wife will take you on a gastronomic journey through the entire Gargano region. Simple, high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced, make each dish a small work of art. Their friendliness and kindness further enhance the experience. Definitely recommended!

Unfortunately, I haven't been to their restaurant yet, but I was lucky enough to enjoy a four-handed dinner last night at the Pinocchio restaurant, where chef Gegè served amazing dishes with traditional ingredients and unique flavors. I highly recommend a trip to their restaurant! Elisa Duella

Well hidden in a square in front of the church. The number on the door is 9. Very cozy and romantic atmosphere. The chef is super attentive and good-humored. The menu includes variations of 5 or 3 courses (appetizer, main course and dessert) or à la carte. They are well-served for one person and for people with refined palates due to the variety and combination of ingredients and seasonings. Variety of pasta, meat and vegetarian options. The price is fair for the excellent quality of service.
