The name of the place is spot on, the soul of a Roman Osteria with the touch of a Chef in the kitchen. Traditional dishes, but also something more. In some cases perhaps even risky combinations that may not appeal to everyone. A fried pasta buffalo could scare some, but in reality it was very light, not at all greasy and inviting. Some dishes are not found around much, such as zozzona, which is truly special. I found the trifle excellent. Absolutely worth trying with a very rich menu that invites you to return several times. Prices slightly above average but because quality must be paid for and the raw materials are excellent. Quiet environment, very kind staff. Practically open kitchen and refined products. Highly recommended

We were in this restaurant for the first time, very nice location, top welcome, very good cuisine, if you are looking for Roman cuisine but at the same time original, unique then this is the right place. The owners are very kind and it was a real Pleasure !!!

We returned after a while. Improved compared to the previous evaluation (criticism towards tablecloth is similar). The food is very good, all the dishes are real delicacies. Friendly staff, nice place. Prices maybe a little high but the quality is there.

Ho scoperto questo posto per caso in occasione di un evento. Ho prenotato inizialmente sulla base delle recensioni e per la posizione ottimale. Si mangia divinamente! Ero con la mia famiglia (tutti pugliesi e amanti del buon cibo) e siamo rimasti senza parole. Piatti sia della tradizione ma anche piatti special cucinati con una certa ricercatezza (senza perdere mai l'abbondanza). Il titolare ha speso diversi minuti per illustrarci tutto il menù con dovizia di dettagli, é stato molto gentile e simpatico. I tempi di attesa potrebbero sembrare un po' lunghi ma questo perché cucinano TUTTO al momento (ne vale la pena). Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Che dire? Il mio nuovo posto del cuore, se potessi metterei 10 stelle! Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Posto molto carino e ben arredato. Menù da paura, a partire dagli antipasti, continuando con i primi e i secondi e per finire i dolci. Prezzo molto coerente e personale simpatico
