Excellent Roman osteria in Colli Aniene!!! Traditional Roman dishes and truly innovative dishes!!! Really kind and knowledgeable staff on all the dishes on the menu. It has now become my favorite destination for Roman cuisine!!! Well done and keep it up!!!

We ate there during our trip to Rome and would definitely love to come back again. The lady (I think the owner?) spoke English, was super nice and friendly, explained everything to us and recommended her favorites (the fried pear with Gorgonzola was really interesting but delicious meal :D). If you are looking for affordable place in Rome which is not a tourists' trap, this one can definitely be recommended.

Osteria with a wide choice of menus. Various appetizers, first and second courses, some of which are very particular. I must say that everything we ate was very good, the only flaw was the limited choice of wines and the slightly high prices. I still recommend trying it

Calling it a trattoria or fraschetteria is an understatement because here you eat dishes with combinations that have nothing to envy of starred restaurants! The dishes in the special section are refined and superlative! Obviously there is all the traditional Roman gastronomic offer, which is also excellent. Precise and helpful service. Cozy environment. Parking available in the area. Absolutely recommended.

ESPERIENZA TOTALE Gli attori della Fraschetteria, sembrano usciti da una fiaba. Seriamente gioiosi e sorridenti. Un insieme di persone gradevolissime chef,sous chef,direttore di sala e addetta alla sala. Hanno il tempo di scambiare reciprocita' ed esperienze del loro vissuto senza problemi. Cucina sublime. Non diro' mai piu' a nessuno "PERA COTTA", dopo averla goduta e centellinata . Risotto al pistacchio ,spaventosamente ottimo,etc etc per finire alla Zuppa Inglese,non ne parlo per non eccedere in sdolcinature. NEO? certamente si. gli spaghettoni carciofati,benissimo il guanciale croccante,avrei inserito stesso qualmodo pezzi di carciofo fritto croccante e suggerirei di lavorare sul sapore della salsa che risultava anonima. Sbirciando sulle portate altrui,mi sono meravigliato delle tante opportunita' di scelta e sopratutto dai commenti tutti eccellenti. Devo tornarci,non riusciro' a farne a meno.

Siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante con una coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il servizio è stato impeccabile e il personale era molto simpatico e competente. Sinceramente non saprei dire quale fosse la cosa piu buona che abbiamo mangiato, è stato tutto buonissimo, dagli antipasti al dolce! Non mi resta che farvi i complimenti, bravi bravi!
