Each dish is a unique delight. For the more adventurous, I recommend the Tomahawk stuffed with speck and provola cheese—delicious! The ravioli with pear and gorgonzola are truly unique. Every single traditional Roman dish is incredibly delicious, and beyond!

Torno per l’ennesima volta alla fraschetteria, e trovo come sempre materie prime eccellenti, preparate con maestria ed equilibrio, e illustrate in modo da farti venire l’acquolina in bocca solo ad immaginartele. Si percepisce che chi lavora qui lo fa con passione r per dare soddisfazione al cliente.
Dai piatti sempre presenti della tradizione romana e non solo, alle innovazioni dello chef (pera al barolo, risotto con gamberoni in scorza di melone superlativi), la scelta è vasta, le porzioni abbondanti e la goduria assicurata.
Sono venuto a cena con alcuni miei amici che non lo conoscevano e ne sono rimasti entusiasti.
