Very good pizza, friendly service, atmospheric place

We went with friends, seven in total. We made reservations, but two more friends joined at the last minute, and the table wasn't suitable, so they moved us outside. The outdoor area has a heater and isn't very busy since it's a small street. The atmosphere is peaceful, the food delicious, and there's a wide selection of dishes. For appetizers, we had fondue (excellent for sharing among four to six people), onion soup (delicious), and a mixed fried fish. For main courses, we indulged in sandwiches, pizzas, and main courses, and I must say everything was truly excellent. Obviously, the ultimate test is digesting, and I must say I didn't feel heavy at all, so I can't help but be happy. The icing on the cake was the desserts, all exquisite and homemade! I also have to say a few good things about the waiters, especially Mrs. Elisa, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I recommend this place in every way!

A gem in the heart of Catania's nightlife. L'Horloge is one of those restaurants where you immediately feel like you're in the right place. The location is meticulously designed: an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, soft lighting, well-spaced tables, and a relaxed atmosphere that lets you forget the chaos outside. A refined yet unpretentious venue, it creates the perfect setting for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The real show, however, is the food. The beef bourguignon in particular deserves a special mention: excellent quality meat, tender and flavorful, served with meticulous attention to cooking times and accompanied by truly delicious sauces. It's one of those dishes that transform dinner into a convivial experience, to be shared and savored at leisure. The portions are generous, and the service is always present but never intrusive, with attentive and smiling staff. In short, L’Horloge is a restaurant worth trying and returning to: beautiful location, pleasant atmosphere, and a bourguignonne that alone is worth the visit.
