A very nice restaurant in the center of Catania, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food: pistachio fondue and an assortment of truly excellent desserts.
It's a shame, however, about the organization. We had booked a week in advance, specifying that it was an anniversary and requesting a small table setting, a request confirmed over the phone. Upon arrival, the table was undecorated, and we were told there had been a miscommunication, but no attention or gesture was given to correct it.
Excellent cuisine, but this aspect somewhat ruined the experience.

We waited a bit even though we arrived around our booking time. You can tell they are busy. We love their feative decoration and attentive waiters and waitresses. We had the pistachio burgers and it was one of the best, at the Shake Shake level. The portions are good. Definitely recommend to book in advance.

A refined and very stylish venue right in the center. The staff is qualified and friendly. The food is excellent and high-quality. Furthermore, everything is served with attention to detail. We were very satisfied with this experience. I highly recommend this venue.

I honestly expected something different.
I ordered a fondue.
But honestly, as a half-Swiss, it tasted like nothing to me.
It was just melted cheese.
Without any flavorings or anything.
It tasted like nothing.
Then I expected new potatoes on the side, but only soggy bread.
The prices are too high for the standard of food they serve.
I'm sorry, but I wasn't happy at all!

The most delicious place!!! From our 5-day stay in Catania (+ Taormina and Syracuse) this was the top. I would safely say that even in Bulgaria a restaurant of this level would be hard to find. The food is not the most traditional, but it is brutally delicious. We ordered shank, salad with arugula and salmon in bread (very original) and 2 desserts (brownies with pistachio and tiramisu). Do not hesitate to visit. Perfect staff!!! Thank you to Placido and the rest of the team!!!

A charming place, located on a beautiful side street off Via Umberto di Catania. The staff is top-notch, friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. Excellent food and a superb wine selection. I highly recommend it. Excellent value.
