Excellent raw materials, all the preparations are made in-house: bread, sauces, caramelized onions, the meat is minced on-site.
And what can we say about the chips? Real potatoes, thinly sliced, with the skin on, and fried to order.
The craft beers are excellent.
The owners are wonderful; we had a chance to chat, and their passion is undeniable.
Absolutely fair prices!

Among the best restaurants in Volterra, even just for the quality of the raw materials, which has remained the same over the years.
Great ... greasy burgers .... sweet staff who wanted our business ... kind folks and attentive.

We entered this hamburger joint by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The place offers the possibility of composing your own hamburger/piadina by choosing what you like best.
Result: an excellent lunch, really compliments to the owners.

Great fries, great burgers, and a nice selection of national and artesian beers and other drinks. The service is prompt. You fill out a form with checkmarks and watch your burger being made. There's something for everyone: wraps, sandwiches, burgers, and desserts.

Locale fantastico con proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Sono arrivato a 20 minuti dalla chiusura e hanno comunque fatto il mio ordine con un sorriso sul volto. Super consigliato, prodotti fatti in casa e di massima qualità, incredibile a dir poco.
