Nice and clean place, excellent, I highly recommend it. Sandwiches and wraps made with top-quality local ingredients, everything made in-house, including the fries, which are nothing like the frozen ones at the big fast food restaurants. I really appreciate the decision to sell the molecule and recommend purchasing an Italian product whose taste is identical to the original and whose brand doesn't support genocide.
The staff is also extremely kind and helpful.

We were on vacation in Volterra and found this place after reading the reviews. The business is run by two very friendly and helpful people. You can tell they care about the quality of their products. The bread is homemade, as are the Chianti piadinas (very good and unique). The sauces are also artisanal. A special mention goes to the chips, which are cut and fried freshly, without frozen products—a reminder of home-cooked meals from the past. I highly recommend them for a quality sandwich, which even my teenage daughters loved. The Molecola Italian soft drink, identical to the famous American soda, is also good.

A positive experience, the owners were friendly, and the place was nice and clean. There's a bathroom, though a bit small and not easily accessible. The food was very good, and the service was quick and cooked to order.

An unexpected and incredibly positive experience! We were looking for something quick and went in without any expectations, but we left thrilled. The ingredients were top-quality, the sandwiches delicious, and the piadina dough truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, excellent local food, all homemade, from fries, bread, sauces, and caramelized onions (fantastic).
Local meat and cheeses, even Italian Coke 😉.
Two burgers stuffed to your liking, a French fry, an Italian Coke, a beer, and homemade ketchup and mayonnaise for the fries. €26 for two seems like a very fair price!
Stop by, it's definitely worth it!!! 😀

Locale fantastico con proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Sono arrivato a 20 minuti dalla chiusura e hanno comunque fatto il mio ordine con un sorriso sul volto. Super consigliato, prodotti fatti in casa e di massima qualità, incredibile a dir poco.

Se volete dei panini homemade di alta qualità e ben farciti vi consiglio questo posto! Collocato in una splendida città ,volterra!
I proprietari persone squisite com cui si può chiacchierare! Ho preso un panino con carne di cinta e scamorza affumicata, da leccarsi i baffi! Mai mangiato un panino così buono! Ho scoperto delle bibite Made in Italia spaziali come la "molecola" forse anche più buona della cocacola stessa! Patatine dorate alla perfezione e croccanti al punto giusto! Per non parlare delle loro polpette!!! Per chi ha lasciato il commento di Brescia...forse è meglio che rimani a Brescia allora perché hai proprio sbagliato tutto!
