We went to this restaurant because we were very curious about the dishes. The two of us had a full dinner from appetizer to dessert, sharing everything. Appetizer, first course and fillet glass. €100 total. Everything was superb! Highly recommended, Florentine steak or fillet! The guys will give you the best advice. From the welcome to the dishes and the very attentive service. Restaurant run by young guys to whom we send our compliments! You deserve 5 stars! If we ever come back to Grosseto we will definitely come back! Toop!

A wonderful discovery. Delicious meat of the highest quality, cooked to perfection, professional service, impeccable but informal enough to make you feel at ease. Even the appetizers and first course were all delicious. Absolutely to try!

we entered this small restaurant in the historic center of Grosseto and I must say that it was a great discovery. really excellent dishes and carefully selected products. We ate a picio di cinta Senese, a really good and beautiful tartare, and to finish a nice steak with truly excellent baked potatoes.

The Picio with Maremma black ragù tasty with quality ingredients and well decorated. The Maremmana truly fabulous!! cooked very well to finish in style a cannolo with salted caramel with artisanal ricotta. Really good.

We had an awesome time ar Etrusco. The 1KG steak was so good. The carpaccio en tartare were perfect. If you visit Grosetto make sure to have dinner here.

I gave 4 stars overall because even though the food is excellent and there is nothing to complain about. However, the service leaves much to be desired because even though it says everywhere that they are open until 11pm and even though we had booked for 9pm to spend an evening with the family, from 9:30pm they made us understand ... At first good-naturedly then less and less subtly that we had to leave by tenpm.... Bringing up the fact that the kitchen closed at 10pm and therefore you couldn't order anything else, not even dessert... From 9:45pm they started clearing the table, taking away bread, drinks, napkins, etc. even though we were still at the table and hadn't asked for the bill or made it clear that we wanted to leave. Another thing you have to take into account is the fact that it is very, very expensive. I repeat, the meat is excellent but paying an exorbitant amount for it and I repeat an exorbitant amount because we are talking about several dozen euros per 100 grams... It seems truly exaggerated to me...

Nella botte piccola c'è il vino buono.... È proprio quello che ho pensato quando sono uscito da questo ristorante.
Cena del primo dell'anno con amici, e si parte subito bene.
Abbiamo preso il crostone con lardo di pata Negra, pecorino e miele, ancora me lo sogno.
Continuando con un tagliere di formaggi con salsette, molto valido.
Poi ho preso il lampredotto, di una delicatezza unica.
Ho avuto moto anche di assaggiare i ravioloni con patate, conditi con ragù.
In fine un ottimo dolcetto.
Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo calice di rosso.
Che dire, lo consiglio vivamente, uno di quei posti dove non vai semplicemente a mangiare, ma dove vivi un'esperienza.
