I always enjoyed coming here but lately I didn't appreciate their communication: they don't pick up the phone cause they just communicate via WhatsApp: however, when "online" they don't answer any booking requests. They answer 2-3 days afterwards. This happened already 4 times. Fine being busy but answering while being online is the minimum for a business, the service won't suffer from a short answer

Visiting Les Rouges was truly a great experience. The food was really delicious, especially the lasagna, which is even vegetarian. The service was also more than accommodating. If you want to eat and drink in a great atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Always one of my favourites to visit when in Genova is this charming cocktail bar. The historically beautiful building and very good negroni’s combined with the delicious snacks makes for a true hidden gem! Remember to make a reservation

Con una entrada absolutamente magnífica a un hermoso bar, este lugar es una joya escondida. Probamos diferentes cócteles y un plato principal cada uno, y todos estábamos muy contentos. Los muebles no hacen justicia al techo y el edificio, pero eso no estropeó una experiencia muy especial.

Located in a historic building but not pompous or formal, on the contrary the welcome is young and friendly... Mixed tasting formula at 20 euros for two good and rich people... the tasting of the first course was particularly appreciated (in this case lasagna with pesto) Quality cocktails but in some choices a little minimal (for example for "le rouge" I would increase the quantity a little: the glass seemed too small to us). For the rest promoted I would go back

Wonderful and reasonably priced cocktails. Very attentive service. Great snacks (the almonds were weirdly excellent). Beautiful ceiling, "cheap and cheerful" furnishings.

Maravillosos cócteles, vinos, aperitivos, aperitivos y platos de gente encantadora. Les Rouges ocupa una suite de habitaciones barrocas en el piano nobile del Palazzo y el ambiente es como un club íntimo donde te dan la bienvenida como un viejo amigo. Si quieres probar vinos de Liguria te guiarán con consejos informados. Los cócteles son excelentes y embriagadores. La cocina prepara una gama de platos delicados y deliciosos. Este lugar es un tesoro en el corazón de la vieja Génova.
