On the first evening, having arrived at the Turin Palace Hotel tired from the journey, we wanted to take advantage of the restaurant for a dinner that was nothing short of exquisite. The white truffle of Alba reigned supreme and we were happily subjected to the aroma and flavor sprinkled in flakes on the dishes. The price per gram did not influence us in the slightest according to the maxim "better one day as a lion than a hundred as a sheep". The service was excellent, the menu was rich as was the wine list. Excellent in all respects

Among the best restaurants I've ever tried. Everything is perfect, presentation and flavours. A surprise of goodness with every dish. Highly recommended restaurant.

Tra i migliori ristoranti mai provati. Tutto eccelso. Dalla crema di zucca cotta al forno con semi di zucca,al risotto alle radici autunnali ,un piccolo quadro di colori e nuances e sapori. Poi il gelato di crema, cosi buono e perfetto da dispiacersi quando e finito. Ristorante consigliatissimo.
