Excellent restaurant! The food is fresh, the cuisine is innovant and you can taste the toscan cuisine as well. The meat was deliciously well done We love it and went for dinner 2 times!

We went for lunch and ordered the "Eremita starter" and various first courses: all very good, perfect taste and cooking. Very kind staff, impeccable service, so we will definitely be back!

Pranzo domenicale con familiari, sulla strada di ritorno in Piemonte, dopo qualche giorno di vacanza in Toscana, nel Senese. Locale molto bello e caratteristico, personale cordiale e preparato, cibo sublime. Ci sono andato per puro caso, cercando su Google un locale dove pranzare; assolutamente soddisfatto e lo consiglio vivamente a chi si trova da quelle parti.

Il locale è un po’ nascosto ma si presenta molto bene all’interno..ha un bello stile rustico. I piatti presentati sono risultati molto buoni..l’antipasto tipico gustoso. Buoni anche i primi.

Let me start by saying that we took takeaway but the sandwiches are really good and original and even the starters (meatballs with alioli sauce) I regretted having only taken one type! Ah, special mention for the STRE PI TO SE chips, never eaten so good but what do you put in them???? See you very soon

22/03/2025: Restaurant for couples dinners. Very nice. Prices are high not adequate for popular prices. Two first courses and a vegetable appetizer with a bottle of water come to 74 euros.
