Definitely worth a try; the pasta and ribs are definitely their specialty.

Excellent place, at the entrance to the beautiful village. Friendly and helpful staff, truly good food prepared with care (food very tied to the traditions of both Liguria and Brigasca, in the adjacent Roya Valley). The Sügelli are excellent, the Brandacujn and the fried panissa are delicious. Not to mention the main courses and desserts. There are few dishes to choose from, but they are all truly excellent. Special mention goes to the Brigasca toma, melted cheese accompanied by onions, potatoes, and baked tomatoes. A real treat.

We're going to Triora to visit the place and eat something other than fish. We arrive well ahead of our reservation time, and after just a few minutes' wait, they're very kind and seat us. After just a few more minutes, we can order and begin tasting their dishes, all very carefully prepared, simple yet unique. The first course with sheep's ragù is breathtaking, as is the panna cotta. Another positive note is that they make you feel pampered. Highly recommended.

Des amis résidents locales, nous ont amenés dans leur restaurant préféré. Toute sorte de plats du pays.
Je suggère les raviolis du pays aux crémeux fromage, les pâtes type Tortelinni, les panizza fait avec la farine de pois chiches, le moelleux jarret de porc, la saucisson du pays et bien sûr le vin local blanc!
