One is surprised to find such cuisine here. Very fine, extremely friendly service and, above all, the opportunity to share dishes/courses so that you can try and enjoy more. We recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Being a tourist place where there aren't many places I expected to spend a lot and eat badly but instead the food was really excellent and the cold saffron cream was a particular treat! Pleasantly surprised!! Kind and friendly staff 💯

In the heart of the village of Triora, overlooking a characteristic square, there is this interesting restaurant, which offers characteristic dishes of the area in a modern way. Carefully prepared and well-presented dishes that satisfy guests' eyes and palates. Adequate portions, clean and well-kept environment. The service is also valid. There is a large and comfortable outdoor area as well as internal spaces. Excellent experience, to be recommended.

Abbiamo cenato due volte in questo lacale a Luglio 2023 e nuovamente ad Agosto 2024. Buona cena con ottimi piatti della tradizione ligure/brigasca (come i ravioli, la toma di pecora brigasca o sugeli), prezzo onesto, con la possibilità nella bella stagione di mangiare in veranda. Gli unici piccoli difetti sono il personale che è a mio avviso è leggermente freddo e il menù (in particolare i primi) dove vi è la possibilità di scegliere solo fra due piatti. Nel complesso comunque un buon locale dove poter cenare con piatti della tradizione ligure a buoni prezzi.

We go back practically every year, the food is very good and it is right in the heart of Triora. We always go there with the children and we always find some dishes for them too. The place is welcoming and pleasant. If I really have to find a flaw it is the lack of availability of high chairs but when booking we were warned and we were equipped.

Personnel très gentil et serviable. Plats variés et de qualité à un prix très abordable (plat + dessert pour moins de 20€). Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

A magical dinner, I drank a wonderful red Vermentino! Snails, which I love and stockfish cooked with potatoes and served as a pie which was delicious. The ancient wine then sealed everything. I can't wait to go back!!!!!!

14/12/2024: Un ristorante che era una tradizione della mia giovinezza, era molto bello andare a Melosa a sciare e dopo poter mangiare in un luogo caldo e accogliente i piatti della nostra terra. Il tempo passa in fretta e dall'ultima volta sono passati 10 anni. Ma devo dire che la qualità non è cambiata e nemmeno gli ingredienti. Ci siamo tornati con alcuni amici di Milano domenica scorsa, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e così dopo neanche 6 giorni siamo tornati Tutto è stato meraviglioso e il cibo perfetto Grazie per essere ancora qui. Ci rivedremo Sicuramente a gennaio.

13/11/2024: Let me start by saying that we are lovers of the Middle Ages theme, and here we have found the place that was missing! I had dinner last night with my wife and our children aged 4 and one and a half. The place is as we expected, warm, welcoming and consistent with the intended theme. Celtic music that pampers you during dinner, in the ancient vaulted rooms with candles and lanterns, which offer soft, intimate and relaxing light. The innkeeper is very capable and super kind, like all his collaborators. We took a fried pan with patanegra lard and truffle stracchino cream, really abundant, we divided it into 2 with the wife. Then mixed grill for her and soup of the day for me (black cabbage, potatoes, carrots and porcini mushrooms), amazing and abundant. The baby was served first with ice age themed crockery, and super thin and light frankfurter pizza (they use beer in the dough of everything which makes everything super digestible and not very salty) the one and a half year old girl was nibbled a bit by us. To drink we had 3 amazing pints on tap and at the English pump, water, pistachio tiramisu and their herbal digestive. We were impressed, the place is authentic, the quality/price ratio is excellent. We spent 100 euros. We will definitely be back, and soon. I'm a soup addict! Thanks for the welcome, wonderful place. Nicoló and Maylin
