Non-invasive service and good explanation of the dishes...
Very refined vegetarian menu, most of the dishes were wow-worthy, but two courses weren't up to par, due to personal tastes...
Perhaps the timing needs to be reconsidered...
Medium/high price range...
All in all, a good Michelin-starred restaurant...

                Friendly staff, high-quality dishes well presented and described.
The dish presentation with a drawing to remind you of what you're eating is a fantastic idea.
Compliments to Chef Marchini and all the staff in the dining room and kitchen.
It's nice to treat yourself every now and then.

                I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and I can only say it was a perfect evening. The location was beautiful, the staff were kind and attentive. They understood we were celebrating a birthday, and the dessert arrived with a candle. The food was unique and delicious, and the chef honored us with his very kind, smiling, and extremely humble greeting. It was truly a perfect evening.                 More than a restaurant, it is a Spa of the senses. A culinary journey explained step by step by the Chef, who expertly introduced the courses with great attention to detail. Homemade bread, with nuggets of butter, dishes served with a combination of colors and smells that almost made you sad to eat. They seemed fake. Even the water was served in different glasses to distinguish the sparkling from the still... attentive, kind staff. What can I say about the desserts... an explosion of flavor. Loved it.                 We had a fantastic experience. We have a 9 year old and they were very accommodating. He had the Tagliatelle, while we had the blind Tasting menu.                 An unforgettable experience at the Chef table!!!! A close-knit team that with passion and dedication, under the careful and precious guidance of chef Luca Marchini, offered us a surprising and exciting tasting. A succession of perfectly balanced contrasts to tickle all tastes ... "scarpetta" is a must!!! A well-deserved Michelin star ...
