For me, enosteria means feeling at home, but with that touch of class that serves good taste and that detail necessary in every meat and fish dish. The simple, essential service where you can find an expert sommelier who accompanies you with a good bottle to choose the menu... the place is truly intimate where you can spend a pleasant evening both as a couple but also friends who love good food... What can I say, thanks to the staff and credit to the chef.

We couldn't have made a better choice, the enosteria, a well-kept, welcoming and pleasant place. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious dinner with typical local products, the recommended wine perfect for the menu we chose. I highly recommend

Compliments to the dining room and kitchen. Nice food and wine experience. The two girls in the room were good and patient. Refined, tasty and high-quality dishes. Special mention for the sea bass, top. We will be back without fail! Keep it up

Ristorantino molto intimo situato all'interno di una grotta, che contiene non tanti tavoli. L'ambiente è semplice e curato, il personale cortese e professionale nell'esposizione dei piatti. Ho mangiato delle tagliatelle cotte nel brodo con scaglie di tartufo bianco davvero squisite. Consigliato.

I had lunch with my brother at this nice place, we took the tasting of the Empatia menu which included a beef tartare with parmesan and Neapolitan ragout, wild boar tortello with blackberries and cocoa grue and the Pluma Iberica, accompanied by a Pinot Noir The Hill of Fairies. Everything really excellent. The girls who served us were very professional and kind.

Abbiamo pranzato in compagnia di ottima musica di sottofondo, dentro una grotta naturale..Menù particolare, la nostra scelta è ricaduta sul tartufo bianco pregiato. Ottimo! Quantità soddisfacente...Da tornare! Personale accogliente e professionale. Un appunto sui dolci..Che non hanno incontrato il nostro gusto, ma lo chef ha accontentato una nostra richiesta.

07/02/2025: Locale spartano, piccolino circa 6/7 tavoli.. La cosa più grande è un banco enorme dove è esposto pesce da cucinare,o da vendere, visione splendida. Abbiamo preso due primi: spaghetti allo scoglio, più pesce che pasta, strozzapreti con pescespada, stesso principio, porzione abbondante ma la quantità del pesce ,freschissimo, prevale. Bella la presentazione,anche se su tovaglia di carta. Cucina ottima, mentre si mangiava molte persone che facevano take away. Non siamo in zona mare, ma nulla da invidiare, anzi ,ai locali di fronte al mare. Complimenti a Marchetti, il titolare, sicuramente da consigliare. Parcheggio di fronte dell' Ipercoop molto utile

20/03/2025: Highly recommended!! In the heart of Fano this very special place with very tasty dishes. Very good welcome, everyone is kind and with particular attention to gluten-free dishes.
20/03/2025: Divinely eaten, in a place where the cuisine of the "old" tradition reigns supreme...from the pasta made strictly by hand, to the simply excellent second courses, we had for example tripe and beans with pork rinds, very tasty dishes that bring back memories of the cuisine of our grandparents and our elderly mothers....all delicious, definitely worth returning 😉👍
