Ristorantino molto intimo situato all'interno di una grotta, che contiene non tanti tavoli. L'ambiente è semplice e curato, il personale cortese e professionale nell'esposizione dei piatti. Ho mangiato delle tagliatelle cotte nel brodo con scaglie di tartufo bianco davvero squisite. Consigliato.

I had lunch with my brother at this nice place, we took the tasting of the Empatia menu which included a beef tartare with parmesan and Neapolitan ragout, wild boar tortello with blackberries and cocoa grue and the Pluma Iberica, accompanied by a Pinot Noir The Hill of Fairies. Everything really excellent. The girls who served us were very professional and kind.

Immersi in una grotta naturale super suggestiva, ci accomodiamo. Il personale è talmente gentile che si preoccupa persino di prenderti le giacche e accomodartele in entrata. Subito acqua e menù. Ci spiegano che cambiano il menù spesso per lavorare solo con prodotti stagionali infatti in menù vediamo: zucca, porcini, cavolo, ecc... Scegliamo due degustazioni e ci concentriamo sul vino. La carta dei vini ha un sacco di referenze quindi è divertentissimo poter scegliere la nostra preferita. Abbiamo optato per un vino rosso locale. I piatti hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative perché molto delicati ma dal giusto sapore. Il cestino del pane fatto da loro è qualcosa di sensazionale! Torneremo per assaggiare il tartufo!

Welcoming, kind and prepared staff. The raw material is of excellent quality and worked very well. It was a good culinary trip. The wild boar tortello with toasted cocoa grue, blackberries and smoke was very welcome and appreciated. The bill was quite correct. Advise!
