Excellent food, really good service and a wonderful little space. Lots of nice touches with entrees, petit fours to finish. The ONLY problem is it can get pretty loud in there, so if you're hard of hearing, bear that in mind

This restaurant has character in a positive sense – from the ambiance, the decor, and the service to the exquisitely prepared and delicious dishes, we felt completely at home. The quality is excellent, and we were served a few surprises. The prices are fair and justified. We would certainly return often, if we didn't live over 1,200 km away.

A delightful discovery. I went on Sunday the 21st with my wife and we were impressed by the menu, the expertise of the chef, with whom we were able to chat, the impeccable service, and the location. We will definitely be returning with friends.

I tried the tortello and the tartare: a true delight, highly recommended! Kudos to the entire staff, you guys were brilliant! A special thanks also to the waitress, kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. A truly enjoyable experience in every way!

Truly sublime place, with refined dishes, as the menu changes monthly based on seasonal produce. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well-trained. Every dish is perfectly prepared and delicious. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! Compliments again to the staff.

A word of advice: trust the owner! He's so skilled and passionate about his work that he'll give you the best recommendations while explaining his dishes. I can't comment on the ambience since we ate on the terrace.

Dinner for two on Sunday evening. Excellent proposals. Impeccable service. I don't usually leave reviews but it was really worth it. They also fully satisfied my partner with vegan proposals. I will definitely go back.

12/10/2025: How do you describe this wonderful restaurant? Everything is perfect. Let's start with the welcome we received for our dogs. We were given a quiet spot with mats, water, and dog treats. Our meal was a dream. We started with a non-alcoholic cocktail. Beef tongue with a horseradish sauce. Delicious homemade tagliatelle. Ossebuco. Dessert with ice cream and popcorn, very original. We shared a wine pairing. Generous half glasses. Axel and Eva Maria provide a warm welcome. Spoken languages: English, Italian, German, and Dutch. We've been coming here for several years, and the quality remains consistently high. Highly recommended. But note: Il Cardinale is open from April to mid-November. Check the website. Curt and Lia.
23/09/2025: We had the most romantic Italian night with a cozy and kind of magical atmosphere. This place is truly a hidden gem with fantastic food and amazing hosts. They just know how to create the perfect night. Can't recommend it enough xx

Impeccable service: friendly, helpful, and truly professional staff. The food is excellent; every dish is a true work of art. It was wonderful to be able to observe the work in the kitchen: precision, passion, and attention to every detail in the preparation of delicate flavors. One of the best places in Pesaro, where the food is truly delicious. I felt truly wonderful. Highly recommended. Congratulations to all the staff! I will definitely be back with great pleasure.
