Had a fantastic dinner at Ristorante Le Volte Firenze. We tried the black truffle pasta, meatballs, and the Florentine steak. Pasta was simple and incredible, the meatballs were savory and filling, and the Florentine steak was probably the best steak I've ever had!
We met the owner and he explained the steak is purchased from his fathers butcher shop up the street and is dry aged. Very friendly service, easy to reach location, and delicious food. We will be back!

This place was amazing! We received the recommendation from the owners of our VRBO. We got the beef fillet with the truffle ratatouille and the pappardelle with duck. The beef fillet was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. It was life changing. The pappardelle was fantastic. The duck was cooked so well it had no weird flavors that sometimes duck can have. We also got the crepe as an appetizer. It wasn’t super flavorful but it was delightful thought I probably wouldn’t order it again. Finally, we got the dessert but I cannot remember the name for the life of me. It was a base with raspberry foam and lemon sauce. It was unreal.

"5 stars! The restaurant was a real discovery. The Florentine steak was exquisite, but the dish that really stole the show was the Tuscan pork fillet with herb crust. An explosion of flavors and textures that left us speechless. The only flaw was the payment request for two coffees after having already paid the bill, but despite this small mix-up, the service was friendly and the food was truly exceptional.

the gluten free pasta is quite hard and had less sauce which made it quite bland and disappointing however the staff is really nice

This is the meal that I will forever remember from our trip to Italy. Everything, from the wine to the service to the food, was top notch. We started with two appetizers, then had two pasta dishes, and finally the Florentine steak. The food was creative, but classic, with high-quality ingredients and incredible flavors. The steak melted in your mouth. I cannot recommend this place enough!

123€ à 2 sans boissons : des spaghettis carbonaras à celles à la truffe - à tomber sans oublier la célèbre cote de bœuf à la florentine et pour finir un tiramisu… tout était ultra frais et bon! Un tout petit restaurant loin de la foule où mangent les locaux c’est tout dire ! Franchement à refaire

Siamo stati, io e la mia famiglia, alle Volte per la cena della Vigilia di Natale. È stato tutto perfetto: abbiamo mangiato divinamente, il personale ed il proprietario sono di una gentilezza infinita, l’ambiente è piccolo ma accogliente e molto curato.
Grazie per averci ospitato, vi verremo nuovamente a trovare!
