Good service, they really know what they’re doing. The food is very good. In short; it’s a small restaurant and it’s a special place ran by people who are working hard and are truly good at cooking and service.

If you’re in Florence run don’t walk to La Volte. A fantastic hidden gem around the corner from our holiday apartment. We’ve been twice and the truffle pasta was divine. Grazie mille e arrivederci. We hope to be back soon 🇮🇹❤️❤️❤️

This is without a question the Best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I go to a lot of restraunts globally, and everything about this was beyond expectation. Jakobo and Daniel were fantastic servers. The Florentine chop - you can’t find any better. Thank you so much for this experience.

Fantastically good food. Our best dining experience in 2.5 weeks in Italy. Of course, the meat was fantastically good, but the bruschetta, cheese board, crème brûlée, tiramisu and other desserts - absolutely fantastic.
Very knowledgeable and proactive and pleasant staff, who had a good knowledge of the menu and what goes on in the kitchen.
Unfortunately we were given a table in the basement. Nice, too, but with only one other table occupied down there, it didn't have the same atmosphere as it could have had upstairs.

A perfect place for an evening with Tuscan cuisine. All fresh products cooked well and a friendly staff. It is certainly not a tourist trap, rather a hidden gem. I recommend making a reservation online.
