A beautiful, welcoming place, very close to Piazza Grande but at the same time not crowded, tables spaced apart and also impeccable service with a smile. The cantucci are excellent. 4 stars and not 5 why? For the very dry beer shank. It's just a suggestion. Definitely a place to recommend for spending an excellent quiet and even romantic evening

Very nice place located in the center of Arezzo and even though we hadn't booked they found us a place for Sunday lunch. We took a platter for 2 people which was really delicious, as were the little guitars with garlic, the shank and the dessert, all really good.

Beautiful setting, in a former medieval water collection cistern, a stone's throw from Piazza Grande. Welcoming and kind staff. The flaw is the price/quality ratio. The two of us took: two portions of Tuscan crostini (four) each) the flavor of the pate is good but the bread is too hard, two portions of rabbit roll (two rolls each) this is good, 2 portions of roast potatoes (in a small pan each) with a varied cooking between burnt, cooked and undercooked is definitely a no. The 8 crostini came to €38, 4 slices of rabbit roll €40 The cover charge is €6 too much, considering that there is no tablecloth or tablecloth napkin is paper. In short, with a bottle of water €2.50, 2 glasses of wine €10, 2 coffees the €Tot was €100. We won't be returning.

The dishes were of quality and the location was beautiful. The service was courteous but took a decidedly long time, furthermore the table did not have a tablecloth but only the runner and napkins were made of paper...inadequate for a restaurant of this level.

Place with a nice delicate atmosphere. A few steps from the crowded main square. Tasty dishes (carrot and spinach meatballs with delicious sauces which are particularly appreciated). Courteous service. Short wait (it was Friday evening and there were few people). The only flaw: we found the room not well heated.

All in all mediocre. No quality/price. Nice place, good raw materials but the service was not pleasant and the waiting times were a bit long. The cut was lukewarm.

Dinner with local colleagues, a characteristic and welcoming environment with courteous and attentive staff. Typical quality dishes. To try again.

Siamo andati molte volte in questo ristorante...non posso dire che ogni volta è un'esperienza diversa perché è sempre un'esperienza meravigliosa. Le Volte è un angolo di quiete nel cuore di Arezzo, in una stradina vicino a Piazza Grande. Si respira aria di un mondo che fu per l'ambiente particolare,che in tempi lontani era una cisterna per l'acqua. Io non sono mai stata in un ristorante che ti regala la stessa atmosfera. C'è pace,puoi parlare con una leggera musica in sottofondo. Il cibo è buonissimo,di alta qualità con prodotti a chilometro zero,tutti del nostro territorio. I primi sfiziosi,con pasta preparata a mano,le carni speciali e dolci tutti preparati con cura e amore. E per finire la gentilezza e il sorriso dei titolari, Sofia e Federico, due giovani cuochi che hanno fatto della loro cucina una vera passione. Non si può non tornare a Le Volte.

Ho cenato in diverse occasioni in questo locale, sia in coppia che con amici e ogni volta ci siamo trovati benissimo! Piatti squisiti,realizzati con prodotti di stagione e ottimi accostamenti di sapori. Il servizio è attento e il personale gentile ed educato. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità delle pietanze, con il servizio e la location. Super consigliato!
