It's a shame we can't give it 10 stars. A unique location, stellar cuisine, and above all, so many kind souls who have created a piece of heaven on earth.

I didn't like the practically mandatory "aperitivo in cantina" tax upon arrival, costing 40 euros for two people. And then the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so our four-course menu lasted four hours. That's practically one course per hour. It was endless.

A very well-kept place, with plenty of space, professional and courteous staff, and excellent cuisine, although it's heavily based on buffalo mozzarella. I hope they offer other dishes as well, as they're all perfectly cooked and very refined. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place, we were at a wedding, very very refined lunch and everything was delicious, you can taste the starred chef, 100% recommended, helpful and very kind staff.

Very pretty, with an old mill and a lake with geese, and gardens all around. On one side, there are benches for eating, and on the other, event rooms. Definitely a nice little spot.

A wedding to the starred restaurant is something to remember and this kind of location is unbelievable....the fish was very fresh but the best dish has been the cuttlefish, beets and shrimp....a delicious dish

Getting married at Le Trabe was beautiful, a marvelous venue where taste, refinement, and quality blend to create a rare and unique combination. We will always remember this day, where we felt at home and where our dreams were realized. We ate wonderfully, with an original and refined menu. Finally, a special tribute to the entire Le Trabe staff, professional and competent. Thank you for being with us on such an important day.

20/12/2025: Limited flexibility in editing the food items which is standard in italy but they were very kind to us as we are vegetarian. They made us Gnocchi sorrentino and it was the best italian dish I may have had in my whole life. Ate it twice in a 3-4 day stay in positano. Honestly if you are vegetarian the dish will not disappoint it is hands down created for the gods. So fantastic! The tomato sauce and the basil really shine through the dish, it is truly something special! Beautiful family! Cheers to the chef making such an extraordinary dish, yet so simple. I refuse to eat Gnocchi anywhere else because I don’t want to be disappointed. Truly hand crafted!
30/10/2025: A restaurant of the highest standard both in terms of professional and pleasant service and in terms of excellent food. We ordered 2 appetizers that were precise and delicious, 2 wonderful main courses (not huge but not small either - just the right size), one of which we received an early recommendation (black and white pasta) and the other pasta with truffle mushrooms. The desserts were also wow! Wonderful panna cotta and a not-too-sweet chocolate dessert. The kitchen knows its job very well. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it. An elegant restaurant with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
