Le Trabe - Tenuta Capodifiume In Capaccio

Dopo aver visitato diverse location in tutta la Campania, abbiamo trovato a Le Trabe un posto speciale, ciò che meglio poteva rispecchiare ciò che siamo: l'immersione totale nella natura, la raffinatezza della cucina, il design e la sostenibilità ambientale, la storia e la cultura, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto, oltre ai modi sempre affabili, la disponibilità dimostrata nell'organizzazione dell'evento, dai primi incontri avuti con Raffaele, fino alla conclusione del ricevimento: ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta, grazie anche al supporto della preziosa Concetta Piccolo, senza averci mai posto limiti. L'intero evento, nonostante il gran caldo dovuto al periodo estivo, è riuscito alla perfezione, lasciando tutti gli invitati estasiati, e a noi il ricordo di un momento indimenticabile. Menzione speciale vorremmo dedicarla a Raffaele, leale, professionale e pieno di passione, capace di creare un vero e proprio centro di eccellenza nel cuore del Cilento.

Il locale è bellissimo, i piatti sono stupendi, il servizio è elegantissimo ma mi sento di voler spendere due parole in più sul personale di sala, semplicemente perfetto. Ieri sera sin dalle prime battute con Antonio, in cantina, ci siamo sentiti a casa, è riuscito con la simpatia ad abbattere il muro di formalità senza perdere cortesia, eleganza e professionalità. The place is beautiful, the dishes are wonderful, the service is very elegant but I feel like saying a few more words about the dining room staff, simply perfect. Last night, from the first conversation with Antonio in the cellar, we felt at home, he managed to break down the wall of formality with his friendliness without losing courtesy, elegance and professionalism. We were impressed not only by the cuisine but also by the impeccable service we received. The maitre d' Antonio and the waiters were exceptional, helping to make the whole experience truly special. Each dish was presented with care, but what really made the difference was the attention and professionalism of the dining room staff. The maitre d' has an innate ability to make every customer feel at ease, anticipating our every need without ever being intrusive. The waiters, always friendly and attentive, demonstrated all their passion and competence. Their discreet but always ready presence made me reevaluate the importance of dining room service, which can often make the difference between a simple dinner and a memorable experience. This restaurant not only offers excellent cuisine, but also knows how to enhance the overall experience with a dining team that really knows their stuff. Great environment and operating staff!

Three weeks ago, my wife and I celebrated at this most incredible of venues. 'Perfect' has been used to describe the reception our guests received - with many stating that this was the most magical and wondrous wedding that they had ever been to - and will ever attend. Everything about Le Trabe is phenomenal - the Michelin-starred foods; the service, the people - simply the most wonderful place that we could have chosen. My wife and I met at a summer festival in the paradisal village of Trentinara, in the mountains above the venue. Our mutual friend and genius, Domenico Monaco (a local celebrity) was amongst our witnesses as we celebrated in the what I feel is the best place on Earth: Cilento. My wife stems from another nearby village, Altavilla, and for this reason, we were determined to wed in the heartlands of where our hearts were destined to be joined. Rafaelle, Simone, Federica, Concetta - and another of Trentinara's finest, Angela; Cristian - everybody, at every level at this beautiful venue went above and beyond to give us the day that my sensationally amazing wife deserved. Earnestly, I cannot give any prospective guests better advice than to book in here: whether for dining in the achingly desirable restaurant or to enjoy your own special day; Le Trabe will remain in your hearts forever.

Being from the sector, I found myself in this location for a wedding so my opinion is a guess ent: buffet inedible for the flies. Starter and first courses tasteless for me, the cheek excellent. poor table service, the table was not completed and another one was started. Such a beautiful location needs more
