An exclusive place, with refined, fresh cuisine. We ate seafood dishes. The view was stunning, and the owner, Alessio, gave us a warm welcome. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

We had dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea. The food was excellent. We ordered the Canoli for dessert (spectacular) and highly recommended.

An unforgettable experience in one of Cefalù's most enchanting locations. Le Terme is a restaurant with authentic charm, facing the sea. The building preserves historical remains; it is even said that Cicero came here to enjoy the thermal baths. The small and intimate terrace overlooks the sea, a true corner of pure beauty. The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming, a truly special place! The cuisine is refined, the ingredients are of the highest quality, and each dish is carefully presented. The service is impeccable: discreet, professional, and attentive. A big thank you to Alessio, the owner, passionate and knowledgeable, who knows how to accurately recommend each dish. Congratulations also to the two young waiters who looked after us with kindness and professionalism, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant we want to return to, and one we recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely lovely dinner! We came in from the beach and were very underdressed, but the staff was so nice and accommodating. They found us a table and treated us with courtesy. We really enjoyed chatting with our waiter, Rene, who has a deep knowledge of wine and was very kind. Fabulous menu. Highly recommended!

An elegant restaurant housed in a medieval building, with a stunning view of the sea. The exposed stone interior is also beautiful. The dishes are well-presented and of very good quality. Please note that the tasting menus are not a choice of dishes, but are pre-arranged, even if not listed on the menu. The service was the only flaw; the waiters were not up to par for a restaurant costing €50-60 per person, excluding drinks. Dishes were not explained, and little attention was paid to serving and attending to guests. July 2025

A truly wonderful experience you'll always remember. An impressive Roman monumental bathhouse interior unlike anything you've ever seen. You simply have to experience it! Enjoy a delicious dinner on the seaside terrace. It doesn't get any better than this!

Le Terme is a place where you don't just eat – you experience it. The terrace overlooking Cefalù beach is an absolute highlight. At sunset, the light turns golden and the sea pink – a moment you won't soon forget. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. without a reservation and were lucky to get a seat in the third row (the front row is only for tables of two). The restaurant has become a real Instagram and TikTok hotspot – and you can tell by the consistently stylish crowd. The food? It tasted okay, but it wasn't fireworks. The tartar and teriyaki weren't impressive, but the desserts were absolutely top-notch. The cannolo wasn't a classic Sicilian dish, but a modern interpretation – and tasted excellent. The crumble with matcha and chocolate was also a real highlight. The service was super friendly, with a small gift to start with (amuse-bouche and sparkling wine), and the coperto was very reasonable at €3. The prices are above average, but reasonable given the location, presentation, and service. What makes this visit even more special: Le Terme is located in a restored medieval thermal bath. Through a glass floor, you can see original structures from the 17th century – a successful combination of history, design, and gastronomy. Important to note: There is apparently a fee for reservations, which is billed later. Since we arrived spontaneously, we can't confirm this – but it shows how popular the restaurant has become. Conclusion: Not for those with a big appetite, but for great moments. If you're looking for atmosphere, romance, and a lasting impression, this is the place for you.

La atmósfera y el diseño son estelares. La remodelación es impresionante, sin embargo, han mantenido la historia del edificio y de Cefalu. La comida estaba deliciosa y bien presentada... Amberjack main es el mejor marisco de la historia. Sobre todo, el propietario Alessio dirigió el restaurante sin problemas, sin dejar de servir nuestra mesa con interés y sugerencias. Por último, kudos y un agradecimiento a su staff, el joven Giuseppe, y al otro Giuseppe (aunque quizás un poco mayor 🙂)

Algunos aspectos básicos: se trata de un restaurante 'foodie', en un edificio histórico con balcón con vistas al mar. Y, para Sicilia, es bastante caro. Dicho esto, espero que os parezca un delicioso capricho que permanecerá en la memoria durante mucho tiempo. El servicio es excelente y siempre es agradable que se le ofrezca un espumoso operativo en la cubierta para ver el sol poniente. Visitamos a principios de abril, así que pedimos que nos mudáramos adentro para nuestra comida: no hay problema. Empecé con la ensalada de codorniz, que estaba deliciosa, seguido de un Teriyaki - pieza cocida de Amberjack, todo coronado por los chefs deconstructed toman en tarta de queso siciliano y una copa de Marsala dorada. Yum. Nos encantó casi todo sobre Le Terme. Es sin duda uno de los mejores restaurantes de Cefalu.
