...cozy place, excellent quality food, we will definitely be back....but above all for those who don't know it to try...

wonderful experience, we didn't think we would have such a good time since we found this restaurant totally by chance!! in addition to the service which was perfect, the staff and the owner of the place were super friendly, attentive to the person's needs and made the place welcoming, the food was impeccable from the appetizers to the fresh fish up to the dessert. The cleanliness of the place surprised us even the super clean bathrooms, we fully recommend it.

Cherry (or sour cherry) on a beautiful "cake"! It was a wonderful evening spent (my wife and I) at "Le tartare.." on the occasion of our anniversary. With Mr. Maurizio (owner of the place), a good harmony was immediately born which during the evening, with the right balance between professionalism and warm welcome, "made us feel good". There is no need, in my opinion, to praise the individual dishes (the tuna tartare is certainly sublime, confirming the name of the place), or the wonderful wines that accompanied them, one chosen by us and others proposed (for free!) by Maurizio. It is one of the few places that, visiting Italy far and wide over the years, I will note down as a "must" for a short or long stopover, which is also worth a possible long deviation from the planned route. Small and elegant restaurant in the center of Chiusi, specialized in fish dishes but also with the availability of "land". We ate well, all the dishes we tried were appreciated, the service was a little slow but courteous.

I went to this restaurant for the first time with some friends to celebrate my birthday. We felt at home and pampered. Delicious, high quality fish, not to mention the kindness of Mr Maurizio who made me find a beautiful rose on the table. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back very soon.

Dopo un anno siamo tornati per immergerci nuovamente nel viaggio del gusto del sig. Maurizio. Accoglienza calorosa e garbata, portate di pesce con materia prima eccellente, preparazioni originali. Ottimo l’antipasto degustazione con una serie di assaggi che spaziano da pesce, frutti di mare e molluschi. Saporite le mezze maniche allo scoglio, regale la grigliata mista, ricca e variegata. Golosissimo tiramisù fatto in casa. Grazie per le attenzioni, i fiori e il biglietto di auguri in occasione di un compleanno, un pensiero davvero gradito.

Ottima cena di pesce con gli amici. La qualità è sempre alta e il servizio impeccabile. Ampia scelta nella carta dei vini. Consiglio vivamente
