Le Stanze In Bologna

The Bologna room is a unique experience! I had the pleasure of trying the Negroni, impeccably prepared, balanced and with a refined taste. The non-alcoholic Allanas was a pleasant surprise: fresh, aromatic and perfect for those looking for a drink without alcohol but with a strong and interesting flavour. The service was excellent, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes the visit even more special. A place to definitely return! 5 stars deserved!

A 5 star aperitif! Excellent service, the guys are very kind, punctual in responding to various needs, high level cocktails. Characteristic environment as expected, the main room is very evocative with frescoes and a very high ceiling! We recommend booking well in advance, we had a long aperitif, we promised ourselves we would also try the cuisine. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place in the center of Bologna, the typical Saturday night place where you can eat or just drink something. We stopped after dinner to drink a mojito and despite it being full they managed to find us a corner and serve us with professionalism and courtesy. A must try as a restaurant!

Beautiful environment, evocative story of this place. Really kind and gallant staff. Fast service. Excellent products. As a true Bolognese, I regret not having been to this place before! Wonderful, we will definitely be back.

Fermate solo per un aperitivo (delizioso Treviso-Bologna), vista la bellezza del posto.. Niente altro da aggiungere

Estaba buscando un lugar para tomar aperitivo antes de la cena después de un día de excursión en Bolonia. Estaba cerca de La Piccola Venezia (Pequeña Venecia) y caminando hacia la zona universitaria, pasando por varios restaurantes, trattorias y bistrós, pero no encontré un lugar que me atrajo. Pronto descubrí Le Stanze bistro ubicado en una capilla reutilizada en la esquina de Via delle Moline y Via del Borgo di S. Pietro. Entré para encontrar una barra larga a lo largo de una pared y mesas y sillas de bistró a lo largo de la pared opuesta con ventanas que se abren a lo largo de Via delle Moline. La luz solar desvanecida que entraba por las ventanas ayudó a iluminar el interior poco iluminado. Encontré una mesa y tomé los frescos antiguos decorando las paredes y el techo sobre la barra. Los servidores amistosos pronto pasaron a tomar mi pedido. Una bandeja satisfactoria de bocadillos fue entregada poco después de que mi bebida llegó. No probé la comida de su menú bistró, pero disfruté de mi tiempo aperitivo en Le Stanze y su interesante ambiente en un fresco - decorada antigua capilla con música moderna sonando de fondo.
