A welcoming and well-maintained pizzeria, ideal for a casual yet quality dinner. The pizzas are tasty, well-topped, and made with fresh ingredients. Had our dinner at this Pizzeria today and food was awesome. Had a Speghetti Carbonara, a Mediterranean Pizza and thought to grab another pizza as food was delicious. Ciro pizza recommended by them was awesome and we really enjoyed the touch of blue cheese. But the highlight was Coppa Thiramusu, which was better than what we had when we were in Venice..

We arrived late at night and they made us pastries and served us well. The only thing I could smell was cigarettes inside the place and I don't like it, but everything else was fine.

Ristorante Il Castello Di Signa

30/11/2025: Nothing to say about the restaurant because everything was good, the only inconvenience was the parking, because we had to leave the car and face a very steep climb.
19/10/2025: For about €35, you get an appetizer, a first course, and drinks. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is typical of a trattoria, but the food isn't the best. With more attention to cooking and more authentic ingredients, the quality of the place could be improved.
